I have two groups on the app. One of the group banners is now appearing twice on the home page.

A woman was removed from our group because we didn’t know her. Turns out she was a friend of another member. Now that we know who she is we told her to rejoin but she says she isn’t able on the app 🤷🏼♀️ how can we let her back in?

One of my team members cannot open the app on their iphone. It is an older iphone, is there a certain level phone that it works on? Her software is up to date and she has room on her phone. I tried unistalling and reinstalling and it still did not work. Deb
All messages from today back to April 29 disappeared about 10 am this morning.
The app worked for a few days then stopped. I cannot log in. I just get a "spinning circle" or a note that says "your membership is pending approval." Same issue with my wife's phone. She has a Samsung S8 and I have a Samsung note 20 ultra. When I tried to "rejoin" I got a message saying a user with that email is already registered. The group I'm trying to access is 202212U.
