What is Bluetooth Streamer Pro?
Bluetooth Streamer Pro is an app that allows users to stream any audio from their phone to their car stereo, hearing aid, or headset wirelessly, even if it only allows them to make phone calls. The app is an affordable alternative to auxiliary cables or expensive aftermarket hardware. It works especially well for podcasts and audiobooks such as Audible and Scribd. The app is free to download and users can stream as much audio from as many different sources and to as many different targets as they like to test it for 7 days. This app will not help you much with these vehicles. However, vehicles just a few years old that have Bluetooth installed from the factory only have HFP protocol, so they can only make phone calls via Bluetooth. There are also several new and older headsets and hearing aids that only have HFP Bluetooth. If you have one of these vehicles, headsets, or hearing aids and want to stream audio, this app is for you! This is not a comprehensive list (nor does it ensure it will work, please test on your equipment during the trial period), but many late-model vehicles made by Acura, General Motors with Onstar, and Audi MMI would benefit from this app. Headsets that may benefit include several Samsung, BlueAnt, and Plantronics models. Hearing aids that may benefit may include several Unitron and Phonak models. Again, please test on your own equipment during the free trial period to verify correct operation. IMPORTANT NOTE: The audio is streamed to the car stereo (or other HFP device) through a protocol normally used for voice (phone calls). Therefore, the audio frequency range output will not be the same as using A2DP protocol. Fixed my Bluetooth connection issues
I had a Bluetooth headset that stopped working after an iOS update. It would only use the HSP profile and not the A2DP. I only use it when I ride my bike and didn’t want to give up on it. So I decided to see if I could use this app to listen to Audible. It worked!!! I was a little disappointed by the audio quality but hey, it’s just an audiobook. I could live with the lower quality of the HSP profile. Then on my way in today, I turned the bt headphone on, it paired with my phone, and then I started listening to my book. It wasn’t until an hour later that I realized I never turned on the app. So somehow, this app triggered something in my bt headphone to communicate to my phone via A2DP.

Excellent App!!!!
I am an avid podcast and audio book person but my car doesn't allow me to stream either which is unfortunate. I have almost thought about getting a new car and looked into getting software to allow my car to stream from my phone. Both of those options are expensive. I came across this app and tried it out and am extremely happy. It works great and saves me a lot of money because it is free and even after the trial is only .99. I love it and would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed

Great for what it’s intended for
Make sure you pay attention to the developer’s notes before using or buying this. If you’re looking for a way to listen to something through your car stereo where the ability to hear and understand is what’s important (over sound quality), then this app is perfect. I downloaded it so that I can learn Italian while I’m stuck commuting. Works great with Pimsleur’s language learning app.
