my phone app went blank and my cash rewards went to 0. now it is like i never had the app before.

The upside app is status been saying pending my payments for over 5 days
It won't add my card. I put in my name, credit card #, expiration date, and 3 digit security code. I hit the camera to scan. When I press confirm payment method it doesn't do anything.

App won’t load. Deleted and reinstalled. Will not log in. Just loads forever. App is updated and so is my phone.
My husband's account is white screen with 3 logos on the bottom. The only way he can get back into upside is start all over. We own a small business and he drives a lot, to say he's not happy about the savings he's lost is an understatement.
