If they didn’t have exclusive rights to the champions league and Europa league I would never use this ever. Have had billing and streaming issues every time I’ve purchased subscriptions. The latest was purchasing the monthly soccer package and after buying it on my Roku tv through the B/R Live app I never gained access for the game I actually wanted to watch. After spending 20 minutes logging in/out multiple times and trying to restore purchases I contacted the support. After the game was over I received a reply stating that there was no record of me buying the subscription (even though my bank account was already charged, it was on my Roku account immediately, and I bought it through the B/R Live app). Then had to email them back with screen shots proving I bought it. After another half hour they finally settled the matter and emailed me back saying only “please log out then log back in”. Also make sure you cancel your monthly subscription when the sport season ends, I still got charge for a month of the Champions league package last year after the season was over and there were no game that month.

BleacherReportLive runs fine, but their service is horrendous. I’ve missed so many live games. Today I paid for a Europa league game and it didn’t even stream for the first 30 mins. This was a network problem everyone was experiencing. I had an issue where the sound didn’t link up with the video for an entire game. Another game I had it time out about every minute and would squeal and tell me what game I was watching. I’ve tweeted, emailed and tried to chat directly with their people and I haven’t even received a response let alone acknowledgment of a problem. No refund. I paid for a specific game and never got to watch it. BR live that doesn’t stream live games nor provide a replay in a timely manor. So disappointed. Fix your service!! You clearly have a monopoly on UEFA games so you don’t care about your consumers. I do hope it bites you and another carrier gets the rights. Like how are you not gonna play Europa league on tv?! It’s sad. I’ll take fox back any day if the week. Thank you fob listening to my Ted talk.

B/R live is, at present, overpriced junk. I had the exact same issue as another recent review here. Attempted purchases of UEFA Champions League single games and the monthly subscription on both iPad and Apple TV with payment through BleacherReportLive Store. The purchases were successful through BleacherReportLive Store, but apparently not reflected on B/R's end. Refreshing BleacherReportLive and restoring the purchases did nothing. There is clearly some issue between the communication of purchases from Apple to B/R in anything close to a timely manner. Given the model of selling LIVE sports content, this issue is unacceptable. The game you wanted to watch will be over long before B/R has registered your purchase. I have had no similar issue making purchases with a third party like ESPN+, this is clearly an issue on B/R's end. Got in touch with unhelpful B/R customer service which did not resolve the issue. Missed the game I paid for, now just trying to get my money refunded. This service is in no way ready for prime time. Stay far away.

This is my first experience with them and it seems like from the reviews that a lot of people have had similar issues.
I downloaded it on Apple TV to watch the Tiger and Phil match and everything was fine until I exited the live stream a couple hours in.
When I went back into BleacherReportLive it said there was a problem and try again later. I then forced closed it, reset the Apple TV, uninstalled BleacherReportLive a few times. Then it wouldn’t let me activate BleacherReportLive , again an error. This happened several times.
It gave a customer service number under the help section which I called and it was some random electric company. The customer service rep said people have been calling all day trying to get Bleacher Report. How hard is it to verify a customer service number on your website? This is a major event and they stream many major events and somehow this gets past them?
After 45 minutes of trying it finally let me activate BleacherReportLive again and it started streaming again. I was very careful not to chance it and exit again.
Their coverage of The Match was also shotty and really seemed like a bunch of “sports guys” got together and decided they could run a golf event. Which doesn’t speak to BleacherReportLive itself but just shows that this is a B rate company.
Very unimpressed with my experience with them. I doubt I will ever use them again unless I’m forced to.

I recently purchased the Tiger vs Phil match on BR Live. There were several issues with BleacherReportLive as the match was going on. I was not able to view the match from BleacherReportLive , but I had to go to the free link BR had offered on Twitter. Because of some technical difficulties BR was streaming the match free after people had paid $20 for the match. I have reached out to Bleacher Report several times with no response about whether or not I would be receiving a refund after something I had paid for was offered to the public for free. The BR Live was a nightmare to use. The reason why BR is also getting a bad review is because of their lack of communication. There are articles everywhere about Cox and Direct TV offering refunds to those who paid, but nothing from BR. Just let me know something and everything would be fine.

Purchased the Capital One Phil vs Tiger match. Didn’t get through it all. When I went back in to finish it, I couldn’t find it. Called BRL and spoke to “Matthew”. He spoke mostly from a script and talked in circles. He couldn’t provide any answer about why we couldn’t watch it. Just kept saying something about them not having the rights to the replay. It seems like if you offered the PPV you should have the rights to the replay. Maybe I don’t know how these things work. Wouldn’t let us speak to anyone else. Just kept repeating the same thing over and over until we finally got annoyed and ended the call. Why call support if the people working there don’t have answers?! And won’t transfer you to anyone else that might be able to help? My first and last experience with BRL. I’d give it 0 stars if this review would let me.

I bought in for champions league soccer (football), because currently in the US it’s my only option. On my phone it’s maybe 2 star, the video quality is high. However, it either isn’t supported or won’t work on my IPad, there is no Apple TV app for it, and airplaying from my phone to the Apple TV is maybe 35% successful. BleacherReportLive is horrible to navigate, finding the content I want is terribly difficult. When I am actually watching something, it’s glitchy at best, and god forbid I get a phone call or switch to another app for a minute. The replay video that are part of the “season perk” are Un-synced with the audio. Compared to NBC sports coverage of the premier league, I’d rank this experience low. Hope fox sports or NBC can pick this back up in coming years. Heck, it’s so bad I’d rather pay for BEIN sports and watch their feed.

It’s insane replays are not available right after games. I work during the day so can’t watch the uefa games live. It would be nice if I could watch the game I paid for immediately after work instead of waiting. Espn+ has there replays available right away so why can’t you?
It’s also insane that only one champions league game is televised on tv at a time. And that no Europa league games at all. You have plenty of stations owned by turner. Perfect example is trutv that plays the same three shows over and over again. What can’t you put games on that station when they are on. I miss fox having the rights to uefa and hope turners stint as the host of uefa competitions is a short one.
From an American soccer fan extremely disappointed at what has happened to the viewing of uefa competitions.

BleacherReportLive has had constant problems. The Tiger-Phil latest fiasco is just one in a long line of technical issues. I purchased a subscription to soccer and it worked for about two weeks then it would not recognize that I had made this purchase and was requesting that I purchase the events I had already paid good money for earlier. Now today, when that issue was supposedly fixed, I tried to watch a Celtic FC event which was within my soccer purchase and could not receive the live feed. Compounding the problem is their technical support staff who do not listen to statements you have made about the problem and they ask you to try things you have already told them you tried several times! Be aware if you purchase BleacherReportLive you are letting yourself in for a lot of frustration.

I’ve only written a handful of reviews, ever. And most of them have been for the positive side of things. This time I cannot let it pass. I downloaded BleacherReportLive today to try to watch the Liverpool/Napoli match as it is the ONLY legitimate place to stream the match. And I paid $2.99 for it too. 5-10 mins into the match and it crashes, says I need to “pay” because my preview has ended. I try to contact customer service as it says in my confirmation email - it is backed up with many of the same experiencing issues. Their entire service crashed and this isn’t even the first slate of matches to be streamed. Finished with BleacherReportLive , deleting, and will find alternative means to finding matches. Good luck B/R Live/TNT, you have a huge hole to dig out of now.

I’d suggest just avoiding bleacher report all together. They’re a clear cut scam when it comes to giving them your money though. I paid for the “Tiger vs. Phil match” on November 23rd 2018 (in which BleacherReportLive was glitching at the time so it charged me twice for a total of $40) and I have still yet to be refunded. They ended up just airing the event on regular television that day so the original $20 was unnecessary from the start. I now have 4 reference numbers and have STILL YET TO SEE MY MONEY BACK. The customer service is also a complete joke considering I’ve talked to 4 of them and have still yet to see this $40 back in my account. I couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied with BleacherReportLive, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND JUST AVOID THIS HORRIBLE TRAIN WRECK.
P.s.
give me my money back you scam artists

I use BleacherReportLive to watch one of my favorite teams when they aren’t being shown on the main streaming apps. I pay $2.99 for each game only to have the stream freeze or go black. I then have to close out of BleacherReportLive and pull it back up, sometimes more than once, for it to work again, only for it to freeze or go black a few minutes later. Then I go to their customer feedback tab on their app and it doesn’t even allow you to leave feedback or ask to speak to their customer service. Every other tab works but that one when I want a refund for spending my money and not getting the service I paid for. I stream many sporting events across multiple apps. This one is by far the worst one

I bought a single game today and was hoping to watch my fav team play Champions League. Made the purchase through BleacherReportLive , but it would not work. I reached out to Customer Support and at first it sounded like the rep did not know that you could purchase in-app. When I sent a screenshot of my iTunes Payment History and the payment showed in a Pending status. The rep just said that was the issue and I should contact apple support and ended the chat. When I reached out to Apple Support, they said the Pending status is just waiting for bank authorization and that should have stopped BleacherReportLive from delivering the service. Thankfully, Apple Support just issued me a refund and I was able to get on with my day.

Hi, Bleacher Report Representatives:
I hope you all are doing well. I recently downloaded BleacherReportLive and was setting up my account by “following” specific teams to receive notifications, etc. However, I noticed after selecting “Follow” on a team and choosing whether or not I want to receive notifications, and select “OK”, if I select the back arrow, it will not maintain the “followed” status and the teams I select will not appear on the homepage. So I discovered a “workaround” but even after having the teams appear on my homepage, if I go to the settings screen and then return to the home page or close out BleacherReportLive and reopen BleacherReportLive , the teams I have “followed” no longer appear on the homepage.
I also tried clicking on “Customer Feedback” within settings but discovered that is not functional (not opening at all).
I will be more than happy to provide additional detailed information if needed.
(By the way, so far the dysfunctional “followed”/saved statuses are the only reasons I rated BleacherReportLive 2/5.)
I hope to hear from you all soon! Have a wonderful day! Thank you!

The quality is good. The streaming is good. However, I feel they need to make the following improvements:
1- Allow for a 15 or 30 second instant backtrack and play. Forward would also be nice.
2- Remove the white bar at the bottom of the screen that is blocking video content. It’s minor, but annoying.
3- Allow for the video stream to fill the entire screen, so that there are no black bars on either side of the phone. I know this will cut the top and bottom portions of video content, but I am one the people that doesn’t mind this.
4- Allow to save your timestamp so that you can resume the stream at a later time.
5- Allow for subtitles. The Closed Captioning is a good start, but is not accurate.
