I tried this app before Covid-19 and I would give it 31/2 stars. During covid-19 I tried it and because of high demand the app collapsed and service became horrible. Placed an order on March 27 for SAR 510+ it showed a delivery on March 29th. Next day checking on status I found delivery changed to April 4 without any notice. I tried to cancel through the app the app keeps crashing. Sent them an email no answer. Funny enough every day I check the status it shows the list is shrinking because “out of stock”. Finally I called them and simply they canceled the order. I understand covid-19 situation is tough on everybody but what happened to me is completely avoidable by having few competent staff and management. If we were in complete lock down this would have been disastrous to me and a lot of people.
Don’t use this service now unless you are disparate!

I use this app to buy home stuff everyweek but it is has Notifications coming up every day with offers and discounts. Its very noisy and distracting plus you don’t have an option to put it off. It might wake you up to 2 AM or it might make an alert in the middle of your work districting you from you work and thought pattern.
Delivery time is not exact, you might get on the same day or a day after. I ordered once and they got it a say late without any calls or notification of delays.
The prices are more expensive than any other market so I expected better experience or results.
Today i deleted the app and decided to use other apps, at least they are silent are reliable.
Such a waste, I don’t care or if I don’t find all the other products & imported products, my peace of mind is more important than what i eat.
This is my personal opinion which is protected by law. I do not encourage people to not download the app. If fact do download it and try it and see if what i claim is real or not.

You should show alternatives for out of stock items when checking out !!
Many basic items are always out of stock !
And if you pay an expensive delivery of 19 riyals you expect most of items ordered delivered instead of wasting your money on delivery fees without being served properly
Issues still not resolved
And credit card always charged for items not delivered
