Great app love the idea and execution is perfect. No competition nobody can provide this insight, but. I got it and paid for the premium and was saw power rankings and team rankings for rest of season and individual week, and if u click on a player u can see a dynasty ranking. But why cant we look at teams rankings and value as a whole from a dynasty perspective? I have individual rankings and charts i do on excel but cant keep up with all player activity in the league but the likes of julio rodriguez bejng ranking 800 rly throws off power rankings and team grades. It would be better and easier to keep paying if dynasty team rankings could be created. U have an updated list of ranked players at fantasy pros, jus average everybodys teams players but with their dynasty rankings, seems like a 5 minute fix

This review is long overdue, I’ve been using FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook for the past 3 to 4 years and have always relied heavily on it. From their ranking system to the expert notes, to the incorporation of your fantasy team and having FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook analyze your team it really gives you an edge in fantasy baseball. FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook provide so much it’s unbelievable. And then you have the podcast/video podcast where Joe and Dan break down baseball activities from the night before on a daily basis and give you their expert opinion on DFS, FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook has everything you need.

The “waiver assistant” function is not intuitive. I play in an NL only league and when I went to the screen to analyze a waiver wire pick up, the only players available to analyze are AL players. I contacted custom service and was told league settings cannot be changed on FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook and I would have use the website. It is a shortcoming in FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook that it is necessary to visit a website to modify basic settings. The “lineup assistant” function doesn’t work. In an email, Fantasypros acknowledges that it doesn’t work. It is frustrating to pay for a service only to be told what you’ve paid for doesn’t work. FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook is slow to load and the data is not easy to interpret. Fantasypros received my $35 dollars but they shouldn’t get yours. There are better fantasy baseball apps that provide superior analysis and actually work as advertised.

Solid app - I use it for my rotisserie baseball league. Some league settings must be updated on their website rather than in app, but once that’s done, FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook is fantastic.

The developers tinkered with the waiver assistance so that a search function was removed, in place, they have a long list of “top available” players that are horrible suggestions to begin with (their suggestions- that’s a different gripe). I get that an automated system to display “top available” players probably looks better, but without a search function, you can’t find the available players that you want to compare to the guys on your roster. Even with the out of date rankings, I liked that you can compare the power ranking of your roster with vs without a player from the waiver.

As some have remarked, the waiver wire assistant and lineup assistant are awful. I think it uses preseason projections and it just doesn’t adjust whatsoever during the course of the season. The league analyzer is handy for researching fantasy team strengths and weaknesses, but only for season stats, as you have to question rest of season projections (since these are bad throughout). Had I known all this I would not have purchased an annual subscription.

I was really enjoying FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook until the most recent update. I used FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook everyday to build my lineups for the following day's matchups. With the latest update, I can no longer choose to build my lineups for tomorrow. The only timeframes available are today and this week. That's not helpful in a daily lineup league. I'm really disappointed I can't use FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook for this and have to resort to the website instead.

I love the site…use it daily, but FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook for IOS crashes every time I try to use any of the MVP functions, and now is crashing when I even try to look at any available players. Again, the site and content is the best in fantasy baseball, but FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook isn’t helpful at all..works better if I just access through my browser.

App doesn’t show all players imported from a single CBS league, so my lineup assistant shows me without my top 5 hitters every day. The website itself won’t allow to add statistics that are scored in my league (outs recorded), so pitching stats are heavily skewed showing a guy like Chris Sale is worth 7 points each start.

I paid for a month of PRO to see if that was the problem and it isn’t. Feel free to waste your time playing with FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook but DO NOT SPEND MONEY on this trash.

While the logarithms seem to make some very odd (and very obviously wrong) choices from time to time, the overall information and advice they provide is second to none.

The ECR on the lineup page makes no sense. It’s not the average best worst or anything in between.
Example. Kike Hernandez shows 301 but his ecr is 195 of you click in the player and the worst is less than 300.
Please fix quickly since a lot of your calculations depend on it

The latest update is great but one of the best features is suddenly missing. I used to go to my lineup and it will tell me who is or isn’t in the lineup and where they were batting. Now it shows nothing. It is hard to tell if someone is or isn’t in the lineup unless I get a notification.

I don’t always get lineup notifications and find “the score” app more reliable for this.

vbr becomes useless into the year - these should work like fangraphs “auction calculator” and use steamer or depth charts as the vbr rankings become stale and don’t make much sense.

Love FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook I’ve used the football version for a few years now. My only suggestion would be to add autopilot like the football app offers. Especially with baseball lineups changing everyday instead of once a week.

Don’t even have updated version but it syncs with my teams and gives me updates before anything else.

Can you please add the ability to filter out DFS advice from your articles? Too many, and I don’t care about DFS.

Great app to support your fantasy team. My only issue with FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook is all decisions like lineup assistant are solely based on draft rankings. There is no consideration of injury, matchup playing time potential. They should utilize better rankings like the football version.

I like the idea of FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook but there are a few too many paywalls. A couple of additional free features and I would give it 5/5 stars. I like the updates on my players but would like more updates on up and coming available free agents.

Fantasypros in general are great!

Nowhere near as easy to use as the website. Also I keep getting notifications for players I dropped weeks ago even after re-syncing the team in FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook .

Daily player alerts and updates make it easy to decide what I should do with my players (i.e. Drop, bench, etc.)

Not really worth the money. Lineup analyzer hasn’t helped (can get the active lineups faster from other sources earlier in day). Hasn’t given any good ideas for waiver wire pick ups. An example is Melky Cabrera is not on a team yet still on the top of the recommended outfield pickup list. Trade analyzer doesn’t give suggestions. The news feed is less information than cbssportsline.

Like FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook a lot but there is an annoying bug - if I get a notification with news on a player and I tap the notification to open FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook opens to a blank screen. Otherwise works great, but please fix!

Loved FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook up until the recent update. Layout is fine, but keeps saying I need to upgrade to view the trade assistant when I already have a pro subscription and have been using it all season. When I click to “upgrade” FantasyBaseballMyPlaybook just force closes. Help?
