I just signed up today and deleted the subscription in a few hours time. I have always wanted to get into baseball America but could not find it at my local bookstore so I downloaded BaseballAmerica and subscribed for the monthly 15 dollars. But when you try to log in BaseballAmerica doesn’t recognize the email and password I signed in under and when you go to the website to log in it also doesn’t recognize the email. Plus the subscription is cheaper ordering through the website then it is ordering directly through BaseballAmerica

Baseball America content is superb. But BaseballAmerica is very weak. Even after paying $75 for the content all the links in BaseballAmerica bring you to the website. When you get to the website the login you set for BaseballAmerica doesn’t work on the website. After digging around on the website there is a note buried that you are supposed to e-mail them to get access to the website content. Sent an email and still waiting. They should be embarrassed to charge people for this. Oh and an app that charges 75$ shouldn’t have ads!

I’d give BaseballAmerica an 80 for future value, but a 45 for present value. I keep they’ll upgrade BaseballAmerica to match the content. It’s not easy to navigate and find stories. They’ll tweet out new articles that are buried or not even available in BaseballAmerica . BaseballAmerica also keeps signing subscribers out, so I find myself more frustrated than not when click on BaseballAmerica .

BA has done a great job keeping up with all things Baseball during all this Covid shutdown. College reports, Minor League restructuring.... They have helped me keep my sanity with so little Baseball being played.

Everything was working fine until I updated BaseballAmerica today (6/5/20). Now I cannot even log in to access any of the material I paid for, let alone restore purchases. I am still able to access everything on the website, but BaseballAmerica is now entirely useless and a rip-off.

App keeps making me sign in almost every time I use BaseballAmerica after I spent $150 for a subscription. Several links within app state I don’t have access. App is very clunky and not user friendly. I don’t plan to renew unless this apps gets an update and is actually reliable.

I had hoped that, after a week of emails, someone would respond from customer service. My hope was mistaken. BaseballAmerica is trash. Buy directly from BA, I suppose.
Great magazine, it would be nice if I could read my issues, though. Tried the instructions to delete and restart with no luck.

BaseballAmerica is awful. They take your money and it never works. I give up. I’ve read this magazine for 35 years but this is it. If you subscribe you will just be cheated out of your money. Don’t do it

If you are a BA subscriber BaseballAmerica will be a huge disappointment. BaseballAmerica is a replica of the magazine and that is all it is. You have to purchase a separate subscription as well. I am hopeful that BA will consider allowing their magazine subscribers free access one day. Until then it is a waste of money.

Have had BaseballAmerica for a year now, I let BaseballAmerica automatically renew. I have receipt from apple & my subscription in settings says I'm good until April 2018. The problem is I can't download any New issues. Tried restoring all purchases, restoration failed numerous times without success. Tried purchasing new subscription that too failed. Wondering if the failures are related to the new file system in the new iOS update! Content in articles is good. Page format could be more friendly (font size & when you stretch the screen if you are near the edge of page it automatically jumps to the adjacent page).

BaseballAmerica will not recognize my user/password. I’ve been able to log in in web browsers, but would like to utilize the content via BaseballAmerica . I thoroughly enjoy the digital magazine and all the content but BaseballAmerica is useless.

I purchased a one-year iOs subscription, with a 30-day trial, through the Apple App Store. However, I am unable to access the first issue on BaseballAmerica . When I select Restore Purchases, I get the error "restoring purchases failed." I contacted Apple support and they said contact BaseballAmerica developer. BaseballAmerica developer said contact Apple support. A week later and I still can't use BaseballAmerica . Disappointed.

I’ve purchased a number of issues through my account. Recently, BaseballAmerica was updated and I lost access to all of my old issues. Instructions tell me to update BaseballAmerica to restore my purchases. I’ve done that over 10 times. It has failed every single time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from Baseball America until these issues are fixed. Buyer beware!

please add the ability to read the articles in a non-graphic form like how one reads newspapers and magazines on the Kindle. It is difficult to read the pictures of the stories. other than that, it is a great app.
