I cancelled because:
1. Instead of charging monthly, I was charged for a whole year. Even 3-4 months at once would have been better. There was no indication that this would be the case when I subscribed.
2. The meditations that I tried were the least effective that I’ve ever used.

I asked for a refund and you chose not to issue one. Therefore I will never resubscribe. Until I get some better customer service, I will be sure to let others know about the lack of quality of the product and the refusal of your company to make things right.

If you get logged out and forget your password, it doesn’t allow you to log back in. Their website is faulty and password reset doesn’t work. There is no way to contact support without giving them a bunch of your personal data to correct problems. They don’t offer a way to contact them without having to give them your passwords to other accounts. This isn’t right—they should at least disclose an email address somewhere for issues.

Mindbliss is simply amazing. The content and the overall essence of it surpassed my expectations. I am happily a premium user. The only flaw is the way the app functions. It is frustratingly buggy. I have to constantly restart app to get it to respond. I often have to listen to the same lesson more than once before it automatically goes to the next one. This app would “easily” be 5 stars if not for those pesky bugs. I have been using it everyday for over a month. After every update my hopes are high that the issues will be resolved, but they are not. I really enjoy using Mindbliss bugs and all. I only hope that the app is overhauled in such a way that the app functions as well as the content it provides. The content is amazing and life altering. It needs to function way better to ascend to the 5 star level this app deserves. I still give it 4 stars because of the overall content which should the topic of the conversation not the performance of the app.
