Please fix the notifications. They are not being received!
Ive managed 2 teams for the past 2 years and I’ve finally reached a breaking point with QuickClub. There are way too many bugs: I frequently receive the “can’t make a strong connection to the server message”, editing recurring events is a manual 1-by-1 process, and you can’t set the time zone in the events tab so events that you export are always the wrong time.
All in all, QuickClub is more of an inconvenience than a useful tool. If it wasn’t for the fact that my league uses sports pilot, I would find another team management app.
I started using this app about a year ago, which is how long it’s been since it’s had an update might I add, and I loved it! It was easy to use, and my baseball parents liked how easy it was to locate schedule and communicate. Now I can’t even get QuickClub to open. Every time I load it up, it’s just this blank white screen EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve uninstalled it numerous times and re-downloaded and no change. Very disappointed, because I really liked QuickClub. Hopefully the developer will update it so I can go back to using it, but for now I have to find a new one. :(
I really wish my son’s team would find another vehicle for communicating with parents. At times, I have received no notifications at all, and at others, I have gotten them days after the message or calendar change was posted. Currently, QuickClub will not save any changes I make to my RSVPs, so it looks like my player is either unavailable or that I’m just ignoring the events.
QuickClub worked great when I started using it. Now, it no longer sends notifications to my parents. We had the weather change our schedule, and when I posted the change, it didn’t send a notification to my parents. They showed up to our canceled game because they were no longer receiving notifications. Get it fixed or I’m changing apps.
App never worked or connected to my sons team as it was supposed to. Installed, deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Team Snap is a million times better.
Buggy, and won’t even let you set up an account!
Can’t sync the schedule to my calendar because they all show up with the wrong date and/or time. And all of them have to be deleted individually.
QuickClub has so many bugs and works about half the time. I have submitted multiple emails to the support team and always told it is being worked and years later still no fixes. Our league is looking for better alternatives.
I don’t receive any notifications that activity has occurred. Causing me to miss group information, etc. When I reached out to support, I was told to “uninstall and reinstall” and nothing else, no other support. Now I’m stuck checking QuickClub several times a day. Ugh! So frustrating when the point of this is to alert you when activity is present. Follow Up: I reached back out to support and still didn’t receive any support other than “check notification setting on phone” which of course I did (several times before reaching back out to them). My child has missed the first practice because we didn’t get any notification of things being discussed or scheduled. I have now set up three reminders on my phone titled “Check that Stupid Quick Club” that pop up on my phone in the morning, afternoon, and evening so that I can go in and check QuickClub . Very disappointed in QuickClub.
QuickClub is clunky and I cringe when it’s used for my kids teams. It seems so outdated and so unfriendly to users. It glitches constantly and shows different chats on different teams, and I’d rather an old fashioned print copy than deal with QuickClub .
Notifications only work sometimes. Comments in chat often times missing. Unreliable source for team communication.
The "calendar export" function puts the wrong game time on the calendar event. This is one of the most useful features of a team scheduling app, and should be fixed
Are they still supporting QuickClub?
The scheduling works great...more recently there is an issue with exporting the events to the iPhone calendar. It changes the time by 4 hours basically rendering the export feature useless.
I am not able to open QuickClub anymore. It just gives me a blank screen. Please fix this issue.
The calendar export feature is not using the correct time zone, not finding a way to set it so all events are showing up at the wrong time in the calendar app.
I’m Team Communications Manager for my team. I’ve relied on this app in the past with little or no issues. No more.
Ever since I’ve suggested QuickClub’s use for our team this year, it’s been buggy.
I try to open QuickClub and get gray screen. Or, sometimes, the spinning “thinking” icon. Every time I want to op n QuickClub , I need to uninstall, then reinstall QuickClub , then shut down my phone and restart.
Seeing as QuickClub hasn’t had an update for over a year, maybe now is the time!!!!!
Missing a couple features:
Ability to thread comments
Ability to pin a topic from the coach
Ability to “hide” or choose personal calendars from view. We have multiple teams on this app it’d be cleaner to only see sports events.
Ability to send Event reminders via alerts
Ability to share private club events.
Show the full address in event detail.
Bugs:
Messages from different clubs appear outside the respective club.
Makes sending out mass communication out to our league members quick and simple. Get notified when a member sends a message, just very easy to use.
QuickClub is easy to use and works great for sending messages and money to members. Love having multiple App features in 1 App!
