Poor customer service, they force you to bay before the service, and keep you for an hour or so.

Very poor service’s and zero credibility i wait 120 minutes for nothing at the end they stop answering the phone.

Loved the idea of Portarage and wanted to use it after recommendations from friends.
Couldnt get past the map page thanks to Portarage crashing immediately. Tried deleting and re-downloading.

I love the idea of Portarage and I downloaded it twice in two deferent times but I couldn’t use it because the verification code were never sent to me at any time, however I ask to send the code as many times and I’m still waiting !!

Portarage helped me today when my battery was stalling and leaking while i was at work. i was able to use Portarage to have them come to me and change my battery so my car would be fine by the time i was done with work. (30.750 KD for a new battery and 5 KD service charge with 18 month warranty) even though it’s more expensive than going to a garage, i find this app as a good option because you are paying for the convenience for them to come to you. Overall they are amazing, but i suggest the payment option should be part of Portarage instead of waiting for a link, Portarage should notify you when someone is responding to your request, and if they need a photo of my battery that option should also be included in Portarage .
Fast, easy and keeps you updated with everything going on related to your request. Great job. Best one in Kuwait!
