Get Pricing Info for Redtail Technology, Inc.I have called before, trying to get the owner name changed on our CRM usage of RedTail. Cameron Pearson was terminated, He is not agreeing to changing his ownership name on RedTail to me as the OSJ Manager of an Osaic Branch office. When a person is terminated, it is my FINRA responsibility to get their access changed so that our data is kept secure. Surely RedTail can do this on our behalf. People get terminated all the time and we simply should not be held hostage waiting for Cameron Pearson to say "yes" to allow a change of ownership of the CRM database. RedTail management should make a decision to name me as the Pearson Financial Group owner. Otherwise, Redtail becomes complicit in a FINRA violation. Definitely an improvement but still has opportunities. Face ID was used in the update video but I can’t find a setting where I can enable it (it is enabled in my iPhone’s general settings but I don’t see it in the app itself). I also wish you’d include an About menu that would show the current version being used, as well as a Check for Updates button. Also, I wish that filters could be applied when searching for a specific group of contacts. The developers need to step up their game because there are other excellent CRMs out there that also integrate with our various systems but have superior mobile apps. Keep improving, and we’ll stick around.

When I view the description of an activity on iPhone, it has the html source coding rather than plain text. It makes it impossible to read.
