Navigation stops mid ride when I hit a dead zone. I hangout pro so I could download maps and the issue continued. Not a good app if you ride where there is potentially poor signal.

Tried CardoRide , and there is not enough riders to make CardoRide working for anything then your own routes!

Used all my battery life in 2 hours!

CardoRide definitely has potential but has a long way to go before it becomes usable, in my opinion. Maybe it’s just my location (I’m in the US) but there’s only two routing options: one-way and loop. The looping one was interesting and I planned to try it this weekend, but the options it gives you are very limited. You can select how long you want to go out for in 30 minute increments. But for each increment it only gave me 2 options. Furthermore, for the 3 hour increment it gave me one option for 3:50 and a second for 6:10. The routes it planned made very little sense. And the “super curvy” pro option just weaves you though neighborhoods and endless stop signs.

CardoRide does what it says, but at $60/year for the Pro Features, good luck attracting masses. It will remain a lonely app. People will play with it for a month or so and then they will realize they just don’t take the time to deal with it and eventually delete it based on the continual costs associated with its Pro Features. The free version just doesn’t give enough to keep anyone’s interest in my opinion.

Had to give it a try based on a friend’s recommendation. Only one trip so far. I’ll update after a few trips.

It should re route when you take the wrong turn

Love the routes that CardoRide produces. However, unless I keep the screen on at all times I can not see where to turn next. But if I leave the screen on all the time my battery dies. So, I would generate a map to see my next stop then load it into apple maps for directions.

I’m liking it so far the yearly price is a bit steep but it does a lot of things I wish rever would do hopefully some off road dual sport adventure type stuff will appear too like trans American trail and stuff like that

If you turn your iOS 13 device in dark mode

Search in route and setting did not work well

Haven’t used this but once, but I am certainly liking it over others I’ve tried so far!

This is a great app for finding the back roads but I don’t always have my phone on the handlebars. The problem is, when I approach the next turn it gives me a 600ft notice which when you are cruising as 60mph doesn’t allow nearly enough time for safe braking. It’d be nice to have a 1000 ft and then a 400ft notice so we can start looking for the turn.

Other than that minor issue, CardoRide is really great. I love the roads it has taken me on

This is a really cool app but like no one uses it!! It’s probably because when you type CardoRide name in nothing pops up

Been playing around on CardoRide for a little while now, really great thing you guys have going here. Hopefully this will take off in the near future because this is a great opportunity for the riding community to connect in ways other that Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

First of all I just to say what an amazing app, I’m loving it so far. Doitwithdan sent me here and I have no idea how I didn’t ever know about CardoRide. Amazing work keep it up I can’t wait to see how this turns out as it progresses.

Used CardoRide a couple of times and found that I like it very much. Keeps great track of your ride and all the specs that go along. Would be nice if you could do multiple segments to 1 ride. Maybe it does and I don’t know it yet!
