I've had issues carting out of Nike website through the Shopback app. Whenever I try to make payment, the screen will go blank. Tried it on both Shopback app and Shopback on the browser with the same result. Emailed Shopback customer service but they are no help at all. Even told me to look for Nike to resolve it. MEGA eye roll. Isn't it their partner and the error occurred through the link on shopback app? How can they tell the customer to resolve it with their partner directly? Oh and they kept addressing me by an entirely different name for at least 3 emails until I pointed it out to them. The level of competency.....

Hi..When I click into the app, I get a blank screen and nothing shows up. I tried closing the app and restarting it but still a black screen. Also turned my phone off and back on but again still the same issue. Is there a problem with the app? Thank you

Tried connecting to Zalora via ShopBack app but when I clicked on Zalora, it has a pop out “oops download zalora first….” When the app is obviously already downloaded. I tried using desktop browser and when I land on Zalora website, the shopback extension doesn’t turn green. I tried going via Shopback itself too, doesn’t work. Super weird cos iHerb etc all works IT’S JUST ZALORA…. For the longest time.
