Please for 1 week no the application is on available is been showing me error on network connexion my app is absolutely no working no messages from any body thanks for your understanding

How to fix Nappyme app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nappyme app on iPhone
Update Nappyme app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nappyme iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nappyme on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nappyme network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nappyme Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nappyme not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nappyme App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nappyme » click [Force Stop]

Update Nappyme to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nappyme App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nappyme » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nappyme.

Fix Nappyme unable to contact server/ Nappyme internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nappyme » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nappyme » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nappyme
