I just booked a Omni Hotel in San Antonio and I wanted to keep track of my awards and stay, so the customer service person told me to download GHADISCOVERY . The first issue it was hard to find GHADISCOVERY because GHADISCOVERY name makes no sense “Discovery” that has nothing to do with Omni Hotel. Second issue it wouldn’t pull up my membership. Third issue I created a new one and thought I could look up my reservation and that is not an option. First time I’ve seen this in a hotel app. Fourth issue I tried to book another Omni hotel and where you choose the nights you want to stay are blank!!! What the heck GHADISCOVERY developer needs to be fired and start over with a new app. I’m not going to get a fifth issue because I’m deleting GHADISCOVERY . Don’t waste your time until the company takes GHADISCOVERY serious.

I’ve pretty much given up on using this site. It seems to have a problem keeping the dates entered and the edits never work. Use the sites for their specific brands you’ll have better luck.

Garbage app...I’ve stayed at several of their properties, see them in my “past stays” section, but when I go to seek the property to book a reservation, the properties do not pull up

I tried to add my membership card to apple wallet，but app indicates ‘ failed
to load data for wallet’.

In the phone number field, it automatically enters a "+" to preceed the country code. That's standard practice. Then it rejects the phone number with an error code that your phone number can online have numbers. You can't erase the plus sign. When you enter your address, it tacks on extra characters at the end no matter how many times you correct it.

Brilliant! Does the dev team bother to test? Nice of them to get their mothers to leave them 5-star reviews. What a joke.

Have made reservations on website that do not show in app. Even after 24 hrs. Conversely updated address in app does not update web account info. Room Price different in app vs website.

… but it is quite annoying to be required to update GHADISCOVERY after every new update in the day of the launch. It just happened to me, I was traveling abroad with limited data plan, no wifi nearby. Unless is a critical security update (which was not never described on the release notes) or the running version is too old, this is a very non-user-friendly thing to do.

How is it that my D250 credit I wanted to use before it expires did not get credited to my new booking for Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club? I've booked my stay for 3 nights from Monday, May 27th - Thursday, May 30th, 2024!

Please advise what my Discovery Dollars are good for.

It's really helpful app. Easy to reserve rooms and manage membership.

But it needs more pictures for the rooms.
