Can't enter a phone number, messes up address

In the phone number field, it automatically enters a "+" to preceed the country code. That's standard practice. Then it rejects the phone number with an error code that your phone number can online have numbers. You can't erase the plus sign. When you enter your address, it tacks on extra characters at the end no matter how many times you correct it.
Brilliant! Does the dev team bother to test? Nice of them to get their mothers to leave them 5-star reviews. What a joke.
