The app is intuitive in structure but you can't actually edit most things as it describes on the website. There is no web portal for a pc either. So make sure you never change vehicles , phone numbers or credit cards if you are on iOS lol . The app is virtually worthless.
Lost customer due to app not working

It’s $10 a wash at my locally owned place rather than this fast food looking clown factory. I have no idea how much a membership or wash costs at Tommy’s because there’s zero pricing information online except “download the app!”
Well, it doesn’t work, so I guess I’ll stick with my locally owned wash.
Very poor app. No way to sign in.

The app is ridiculous. All you can do is sign up for a new account but no way to log into your existing account. Very poor app experience.
