App no longer working properly

I have used this app with success during client presentations however in the last week, the app keeps crashing every time I try to open a document on my iPad. It works on my cell but no longer works on iPad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have restarted my iPad, etc, nothing is working.
Sign in does not work

Same issues as others. Downloaded. Sign in window does not allow you to register. If they can’t figure out the most basic start UOP, how is this program going to function?
