This problem has still not been addressed. Put a line in the software that says β if this is being used on an Apple phone turn the compass 90 degrees counter clockwise β. Why are you spending time on other things while this is still not fixed? Solve the problem.
The compass problem has not been fixed. My compass is still off by 90 degrees. I have sent notes on how to duplicate the problem. All the things I have been asked to try I have tried and no luck. There is a software bug that needs to be found and fixed. Iβm going to repeat here in case someone new is listening: I turn on COBI. Compass direction is correct. I walk the bike in different directions-compass is correct. I walk the bike up a hill. I jump on without touching the pedals. As I hit approximately 10 mph the compass slowly goes off by 90 degrees. At first I thought it was engaging the pedals. That is why I took it up a hill. The compass is off for the entire ride. Nothing helps to get it back to the correct direction. My friends bike has the same problem . I have an iPhone 8, he has a 12.

I have to use this app because it came with my Haibike, but I hate it. The navigation text/arrows are too small to read at speed, the battery power icon is even smaller, the boost level only shows for 1 sec when you change it, then disappears.
Most of the functions are useless to me and only minimally configurable. I ended up only using the speedometer. Worst, it forced an update in the middle of the desert when I was already low on battery for bike and phone and had poor reception, leaving me stranded miles from my car. I got the bike at a big discount because of the bad first reviews, mostly about the software. I thought βhow bad could it be?β Now I know. Iβve had the bike for 2 years and the software hasnβt improved much if at all. Seriously might sell the bike because if it. If I had any other choice of bike app I would have ditched this long ago.

The UX on this app is impossible to use reliably.
- If I open the app at all it automatically turns on the bike.
- it randomly loses my login information and I have to log in and set everything up all over again. What a pain!
- The syncing doesnt always work as a result of the complete reset everytime I turn the app on.
- The Smartphone Hub plus labor to add it was not cheap and for it not work properly is kind of frustrating.
- Manually accessing a single ride via the app doesnt work. Holly molly!
- The documentation is hard to find or unavilable or inadequate.
- Unable to stop and start rides manually from the app.
Im starting to get upset. Let me stop.... I was really hoping to like this but the experience is nothing short of terrible. It makes me want to return the Smartphone Hub and get something thatll be able to properly keep track of my rides.
I HATE this app and display right now. Iβm still open to the fact that maybe I just dont understand how to use it but ummm wow!
