Downloaded RadCam in 2017, paid for the Pro version, and it worked great for about a year. I’ve been trying to use RadCam for a project, but I can’t record video, as the ‘viewfinder’ is completely covered by a glitch, making it impossible to see what you’re shooting. I was so determined to get it to work, I was willing to shoot blindly and adjust as necessary, but that wasn’t an option either, as RadCam crashes when you try to save what you’ve recorded.
I reached out for support, and still haven’t heard back. Even though I had already paid for RadCam several years ago, I signed up for their new subscription model to see if that might help (“surely they’ll respond to a paying customer!”) but no luck yet. I’m thinking they’re not actively updating RadCam or providing support of any kind, which is a huge bummer because 1) it’s probably the best VHS/camcorder app I’ve come across and 2) they can get away with charging folks a subscription for a product that DOESN’T WORK!
You guys did an excellent job with the creativity and design behind RadCam, but that just makes your lack of customer care and support and your audacity to charge a weekly/monthly/yearly subscription all the more and disappointing.
