Since I already had a doctor picked, it was very easy to use MiSanitas . Much easier than calling. MiSanitas itself seems pretty user friendly for what I was looking for.

However, when you switch to it in the settings, MiSanitas remains in Spanish. I agree, that being able to search for doctors by language would really help. Otherwise, you can make, change and cancel appoints from MiSanitas . You can check in upon arrival for your appointment as well.

MiSanitas is in Spanish. This is discriminatory. I can't even use it. Not much of a difference from the doctors and the facility itself; unorganized, lack of individuality, rushed, inconsistent, appointment scheduling is extremely difficult and always incorrect. I could go on and on. If u have the choice find another doctor/clinic. Avoid the assembly line manner which Sanitas operates. There are caring and ethical doctors out there. Find one away from Sanitas, Osceola pkwy.

Great app but I cannot find the option to change from Spanish to English. Does anyone know how?

Booked an appointment the other day on MiSanitas , only to arrive and have them tell me the doctor wasn’t even there. Sanitas doesn’t update their agendas with their doctors regularly. I let them know and they still haven’t changed it. So, you might as well call before every appointment. Such a disappointment of a company.

I have Sanitas and with MiSanitas I was able to see the doctors near me (specialties, locations, names, etc.) And successfully make appointments.

MiSanitas is pretty much useless. I’ve been trying to use it for about 7 months; and every time, I just end up going either to their website or calling them directly. This seems like a bad attempt to turn a web app into a native iOS app, alas it’s a waste of time.

MiSanitas is useless to me as I can only speak English and there is no option to change the language ....please fix to add other languages!!!

I understand the language is a majority for the location, but at least have an open for english speakers.

Can’t even get past the login screen because the login button is hidden by the keyboard.

It is just essential if you have Sanitas. One of the greatest app ever. can do most things about appointment and refund and seeing records or results. It’s fantastic

Nice try feom Sanitas to become full digital, but MiSanitas fails in 2 of the main (at least to me) features (iPhone 5s iOS10.0.2). Some appointments are missing from the scheduler and the test results that appear as attachments do not open. Including appointments in the calendar does not work all te times. If they spend the right amount of time testing it before releasing it this could be a great app.

No es nuestro primer idioma, se hace difícil buscar un médico. Siempre
Es mejor encontrar un médico que hable tu idioma natal aunque hables castellano. Abre un canal de comunicación más directo.

It’s easier just to call for appointments. It keeps asking me for my localization but the doesn’t accept it or give me options.. MiSanitas doesn’t let you continue without it... so it puts you in an impossible loop...

The fingerprint login breaks every few days and password recovery is a huge pain. Other than that it’s great
