The app is in Spanish. This is discriminatory. I can't even use it. Not much of a difference from the doctors and the facility itself; unorganized, lack of individuality, rushed, inconsistent, appointment scheduling is extremely difficult and always incorrect. I could go on and on. If u have the choice find another doctor/clinic. Avoid the assembly line manner which Sanitas operates. There are caring and ethical doctors out there. Find one away from Sanitas, Osceola pkwy.

Booked an appointment the other day on the app, only to arrive and have them tell me the doctor wasn’t even there. Sanitas doesn’t update their agendas with their doctors regularly. I let them know and they still haven’t changed it. So, you might as well call before every appointment. Such a disappointment of a company.

This app is pretty much useless. I’ve been trying to use it for about 7 months; and every time, I just end up going either to their website or calling them directly. This seems like a bad attempt to turn a web app into a native iOS app, alas it’s a waste of time.
