I’ve ordered from them regularly and it’s great when it works.
They short delivered my last order, which I understand as mistakes do happen.
It’s what happens then that is disappointing.
The customer care line never answers.
The message is that they are experiencing very high call volumes.
To me, that means they are messing up extremely, hence the very high calls and they are under resourced to cope with it.
I’ve messaged them several times, left a voice message on their system where it assures me that they will call back.
To date, no response.

You are guaranteed that listed items will be out of stock and yes I know this happens but there is no way to cancel a order- the chat function does not work as responses are hours later. Email does not work either and delivery can take hours if not days. This is sad as I remember the incredible personalised service that was given in the early days when the app was just launced

App is a hot mess. Customer service is worse.
This was my first time using 'ASAP', placed an order at 2pm, app said my delivery would be between 4-5pm. At 4:30pm I check for an update and it says 'delivery tomorrow morning 8-8:45 am'. Called customer service 3 times, no one has called back/responded. Sent an email, zero response.
