A concert we went to required this app to buy anything including food and apparel. Download was easy as was finding our concert. Beyond that nothing was smooth. App is not user friendly. It isn’t easy to find out what you need to to to set up and use unless you happen to find the right places to click or get assistance from a nice person that went through the same struggle and offers to help you, which is what I was blessed with! Thanks to that person! Issues such as do you need to enter a credit card or does it use Pay Pal or such. When and where do you enter that info, at set up or checkout? Once we got thru all of that we ordered, app showed order was in queue, eventually changed to say order being made and then after 45 minutes it want back to order in queue. We went to the vendor at the food court and the vendor was unable to help determine status of our order. Fortunately another person who had the same struggle showed us how to use the app to find your number in the queue. We were number 96 and they were just finishing order 75. Went back to concert and waited another 30-45 minutes and no updates on app. Went food vendor again and they were at order 108. Finally was able to get our order but it was a bit cool and soggy by then. I will only use this app again if it is “required” again. Hopefully it will be smoother going next time.

Update!

I emailed the company regarding my experience. I received a prompt email back with a truly understanding and apologetic response. They acknowledged the areas that needed fixed and made things right. I will definitely give this app another try in the future. Just working out the kinks. Best of luck Noble!

order drinks on the app that was being promoted. After roughly 10min I returned to check on my drinks. I stood there for over 20min more waiting for my drinks. They suggested returning to my seat until they were ready. Once the show started I wasn’t going to interrupt the rest of the patrons. Terrible customer service the gentleman promoting said this is the first time at the venue. Make sure you have enough bartenders if you are promoting a service.

Used the app at the Mesa Arts Center in Arizona for “The Bachelor Live” event. Helped skip the pre-show line and get our candy and drinks much faster as there was a huge line or people getting wine. Downloaded the app, put in my information, ordered, and waited a couple minutes at the designated spot for then to call my name. Eliminated the person to person ordering process and the manual card swiping which was what was slowing the regular line down.

Another woman saw me waiting pre-show and asked how I did it so I helped her download the app, set it up, and she ordered her drinks just before intermission and picked them up right as she walked out.
