2 years agoI tried to get the machine to vend me cup of coffee. The coffee vending machine kept failing, but still charged my credit card for 5 cups of coffee. 😢

2 years agoThe app would not work so I deleted it and re downloaded it and my £5-20 credit has gone also it won't let me recharge !

2 years agoI haven’t been able to use my app for over week now,it wouldn’t let me use my existing credit. I have now opened a new one and would like my credit sent over (I tried this already and it didn’t work) It doesn’t seem to let me do much on the app right now? It won’t even let me recharge if I wanted too.

Rather starve then figure this out
Just landed after a long flight and have an hour before my shuttle. I was hoping to get a nice snack but this fancy machine won’t let me pay with card. Oh well. Let me try downloading the app. Big mistake. This is the least intuitive piece of software I’ve ever had to interact with. I study computer science in university and can’t figure out how to order some fruit snacks. Just starve my friends.
