The application itself is a reflection of the country's overall standing (suboptimal at best). Lags, is extremely dated, unsecure and provides the worst service to their customers ever.
Bradesco is one of the largest banks in brazil and should comply in offering services with real assistance and usage.(this is not the case)
Premium and platinum users pay extra in order to service low-end services.

We we’re supposed to have a free card for life but, every other year it tries to sneak in monthly fees. The points are short living. The app for the points “Livelo” is terrible. Basically, unless there is no other choice, don’t get it.
