How to fix Chordify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chordify app on iPhone
Update Chordify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chordify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chordify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chordify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chordify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chordify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chordify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chordify » click [Force Stop]

Update Chordify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chordify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chordify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chordify.

Fix Chordify unable to contact server/ Chordify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chordify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chordify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chordify
