Trouble using entrar latest app on iPad Air with iOS 15.2

I recently updated to latest version of Entrar and now I cannot use Entrar for online classes as there is no volume. The offline assignment videos are also having the same issue leaving Entrar useless. I also tried web version through safari browser and it is the same issue. Note, video works fine from other apps and on browser from other sources like YouTube. So, the issue is with this app only. Please fix ASAP.
