Trouble using entrar latest app on iPad Air with iOS 15.2

I recently updated to latest version of EntrarStudent and now I cannot use EntrarStudent for online classes as there is no volume. The offline assignment videos are also having the same issue leaving EntrarStudent useless. I also tried web version through safari browser and it is the same issue. Note, video works fine from other apps and on browser from other sources like YouTube. So, the issue is with entrar only. Please fix ASAP.
