This has got to be the worst banking app out there. It is not user friendly and there are no capabilities. If you want to do anything, customer services answer was you have to go into the bank. They get to really get up to date with their technology. The app is so clunky and you can’t see any transaction in your accounts. You have to log into the website which is also a pain. The only reason we had this bank was because they financed our car through the dealership. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. We quickly refinanced our car through another bank because this is absolutely terrible. If you are looking for a reliable, up to date bank this is not the bank for you. If you are looking for a bank app with a lot of features and available options. This is not the bank for you. I would’ve given it zero stars but I had to pick something. Do not go to this bank unless you want to be in bank any time you want to get something done.

At least once a month I go to log in using the app and it is usually first thing in the morning. Having not been on the app or logged in to BFCU for a day, I am automatically not able to get in. It says contact your bank. When I call once a month I report the issue and each time the rep on the other side says I should use the web page to log in. So then what is the point of the app!

This app worked well for a while,However periodically it would lose my password and ID and all of a sudden it wouldn’t except it. I had to call the bank to verify that everything was correct and it was I even went so far as to change my password steel the app did not work so from now on forget the app
