I downloaded the free trial for this program yesterday and found it to be very good. So I purchased a lifetime license and have not being able to activate it yet. I was unaware that I had an account so when the option to login or create an account was available I naturally chose create a new account. However when I tried to create a new account I was informed that there was already an account associated with that email address. So I then tried to login but as I didn't know my password, I clicked Forgot Password and got an on-screen message that an email would be sent to me to reset my password. This has never been sent yet I've tried numerous and still no email. I really would like to use this program as I have already paid for it so could somebody tell me what my account is and how to access it please?
I have an account with Anymusic and have had to reload the app on my computer. When I go in to search for a song or video I used to have the option of downloading it as song or video as the option appeared above the the search bar. This no longer appears and all I get when searching is :no results found:' How can I resolve this issue
