Close and restart the DaTalk app on iPhone
Update DaTalk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DaTalk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve DaTalk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DaTalk app issues:

Force Stop the DaTalk App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DaTalk app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DaTalk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DaTalk App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DaTalk app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DaTalk.

Fix DaTalk unable to contact server/ DaTalk internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DaTalk » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DaTalk » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DaTalk on android.
