Bad mobile app

The mobile app needs to be deleted and reinstalled daily to get the right functions. Trying to have all the brokerage leads loaded makes LoftyRealEstatePlat crash.

Needs iPad support

If you are using Chime you are also a paying customer for the entire suite. Chime is a good platform and does many things well. There are lots of things they may improve on as they roll versions out.

Right now opening LoftyRealEstatePlat disables audio, it’d be great if that could be changed. Also I can’t assign tags within LoftyRealEstatePlat . The list populated but I can’t select any of the existing tags.

Clean and not overly complicated

Chime has done an excellent job designing King their mobile app to work with the CRM and website.

The mobile app is actually very useful to round trip communicate with clients vs just viewing data in a CRM like other providers.

Over all I’m very happy with Chime I have worked with Kunversion and not really happy I switched over to Chime.

Amazing app and lead gen platform

The things you can do with LoftyRealEstatePlat is amazing. I get so much done now sitting at the closing table or waiting on a client to show up for an appointment. I stopped giving out my cell and only give out my virtual. Everything is logged now. Love it!

Loving it

Was with another of the bigger real estate cry’s but this is one of the better ones in terms of bang for you buck. Some things I wish you could do within LoftyRealEstatePlat but the desktop version makes up for it. One feature that isn’t working as well is the caller ID feature. This doesn’t tell me that it’s a Chime client and who. Not sure if this is the case with other users
