The premium version is $4.99/PER MONTH. Which seems crazy, but with all the craziness going on this year I was trying to get live scores for a particular meet so I thought I would try the premium version. It was absolutely not different in any way, I had to wait for the scores just like the regular version. I forgot to cancel it because I only used it that one time and it didn’t even work. I was charged the next month and tried to contact someone immediately when I was charged to see if they would be willing to reimburse me for the 2nd charge since it worked for me NEVER, and was unable to find any contact info. I sent a couple messages on their FB page and it shows that they were seen but nobody ever responded. I definitely would tell everyone not to pay for the premium service. Other than that I like the app for meets when the scores show up, but free version only.

Nothing displays at all on any tab, events, results, etc. It just says “Error Loading Events” for everything. I see the last update was over 3 years ago so clearly no one is putting any time or effort into keeping this app working correctly. I’m very disappointed my son’s meet chose this app to report scores since none of us parents ended up being able to see anything. I hope future event hosts see this and choose a different platform for score reporting.

The fact that this app hasn’t been updated in over three years is the most lazy and ridiculous thing ever. It hardly ever works. It’s such a hassle. When iOS updates happen, apps need updates. How are parents and coaches supposed to track results with a lazy, undeveloped, never-supported application? Pay the small amount of money and get a dedicated party to keep the app running as it should! Another half-@$$ed job by USAG.
