My son plays football, rugby, basketball, baseball, and wrestles and I love how easy and convenient this is. HitCheck allows for a true baseline instead of some individual who doesn’t know my son to help evaluate him. He needed it once for a hit. HitCheck was easy to use for both him and me.
I started playing tackle football when I was 6 years old and have applied the learnings from such a great sport to all aspects of my life. Even with this love of the game, I fear my children playing the sport because of all the concussions happening and the negative effect it has on your life. I run the largest youth sports organization in Nevada and we purchased this app for every player in all of our sports. We run Tackle Football, Flag Football, Soccer, Baseball, Cheer, and more! I’m a kindergarten teacher as well as a high school baseball coach, and HitCheck is great for all of it. Setting a baseline at the start of the year, any time kids would fall on ice, get bonked playing around, etc... it was a great way to get quick feedback on where the child was at and what needed to be done next. The same goes, needless to say, for any time a player would get hit by a pitch in the head, or have a bad impact on a diving catch, collision at home plate, or what have you... great app!!!

The this app app provides a quick and simple way to check for concussion symptoms immediately after a traumatic head impact. I have used the application in my personal life (after a snowboarding accident) as well is with any sports team I am a part of. It has allowed me to feel confident I can continue on with my sport after suffering a head injury. There is no other technology I have seen that can diagnose on field impact and is as simple as operating a smart phone. Highly recommend to any athlete who wants to push the limits of their sport!!
