The most horrible customer service ever! Very rude and condescending with something that is TOTALLY their fault! Blames everything on the player, though it’s DoubleWinVegasCasinoSlots that’s messing up. Mine is still not working right. They’re still trying to blame me! They bugged me to rate and comment on Facebook and then blocked me and my comments when I did!!! They are rude and condescending and steal back prizes under the ruse of a bad app. DoubleWinVegasCasinoSlots still isn’t working correctly but they will not help anymore. “We already did this last week”. Yeah, duh, but you never FIXED anything!!!!!!!!! In response to your response… check the emails I received. Definitely blaming the player. And it’s been over a year since you stole my 6B coins. So you are incorrect on some things. And the behavior of DoubleWinVegasCasinoSlots is still abnormal. But all MY fault, of course! W/E. I’ll be done with it soon anyway.

Unfortunately this game is a complete waste. I have read other reviews about early players who use to win before the updates. I have been playing for awhile and I can tell you.....you will loose!
They have even reduced the coins you can purchase, very disappointed, and not player friendly. They are however in the business to make money and not to keep players wanting to come back.

Do not waste your time on this game in the package that you buy they will change the game and take coins away from you. I had over one quadrillion coins and they brought me down to 500 billion, they said it’s best for the game however they robbed us because those coins were one from purchases we made through the game for VIPs and second chances so don’t waste your time on this game because they will rob you blind they will not stand by you even though you may support the gameThey will find a way to steal your money even when you’re winning! I’ve been playing this game for Over three years and this was the most amazing game ever in the beginning and I actually up until this last update so if you want to lose money, let the game still your coins then this is the perfect game for you but I honestly don’t waste your time or money with this game

I’ll try your game again because you gave me some free coins. If your game hasn’t changed I’ll delete it again! I’m aware that it’s not really a true game in the definition of the word game! It’s a program designed to make money for the developers! I use DoubleWinVegasCasinoSlots when I’m not busy, but watching all the coins get sucked in by your “games” and then getting all the great deals to buy coins! A person should not have to spend money to play a “free game”! I wouldn’t mind so much if the coins were reasonably priced but why should I pay so much on something I’ll lose. It’s not like I could win real money! So as stated, I’ll try your site again! Just don’t expect me to stick around if nothing has changed! BTW; when I reinstalled the program it started me at level 2, I was a lot higher in levels when I left!

I made a package purchase on January 2, charge went through but didn’t get anything in return. Had a hard time finding some way of filing a complaint so I sent an email to a link I found on their website. Still haven’t heard anything from them. I guess they think it’s okay to take money and not give anything in return. I will never make another purchase from this company.

Don't expect a speedy response if you make a purchase and don't receive the product. They replied quickly on my initial request and told me that I needed to wait for the charge to go through because it was still pending. I replied after the charge had cleared, but now I'm on day two waiting for a response to either provide me my purchase or credit my bank card.

This is the SECOND time this has happened, and I've only made three purchases on DoubleWinVegasCasinoSlots. It's disheartening when you click the "buy" button not knowing if you'll get your purchase right away or have to spend the next two days trying to get a refund.

This game cheats, i hardly win anymore, i stopped purchasing packages cause i was wasting money, i just be wanting to keep playing but watching the glitches in the wheel when they spinning like if it was gonna win then it moves again so you lose, not a fair game, was wayyyy better wayyyy before all these updates, i still play, just not as much, waste of time as much as i like this game, i can’t play a game i can’t win sometimes, not buying anymore coins. I agree with all the people that sent you a message. I am 86 years old and when I started the game about a year ago it was fun. I am unable to buy coins but I do use my gems to buy things. I am not a fan of Facebook and will not join. Now you you get nothing if you are not a Facebook member. I love all my friends they are the bestI I would give you a zero rating if you had one. I didn’t receive my 350K today. I will stay with this game one more day and then leave

Then don’t download this game. When I first started this adventure I was surprised that you could actually win enough to play for a bit. Now, 2 months in, I realize that this game is just exactly like all the rest. What ever you do, don’t ever buy anything, because as son as I started to spend a bit, it stopped paying. Moving on now, in the hopes of one day finding a game that isn’t a total waste of money.

Silver VIP status dropped from 6 million coins per day to 1.5 million coins per day! I paid for 180 million coins and after the update will get about 70 million total. That’s Bait and Switch plain and simple.
Sounds like we need to get a class action lawsuit if they are doing this to all VIP levels. They should at the very least honor our purchase and give us the balance of the coins owed.
If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t waste my time on this game!

Up until the newest update that is. Now it's horrible. It doesn't pay out anymore, give you scatters, Jokers, or Bonus games. It just makes you lose and lose with really no benefit anymore, except frustration. I even have my own gold tier group on it, but I am ready to turn the reigns over to someone else, if they'll even take it, and quit the game. It's really turned into a sham of a game now and everyone in my group of 20 agrees.

I refuse to put any more money into this game, especially after hearing horror stories from in game friends over the last few days. Also, notice how they only respond to the positive reviews left here?!

Also, the new update is fine on my iPad (a backup account) but on my phone (main account), an S8+, it will not open at all now after the update. It won't load past 20%.

I have to agree with the general discontent with the changes in your game. With each update it is harder to win money and SO easy to lose. At one time I had billions of chips then began losing RAPIDLY after each maintenance. I plan to stay until I’m out then I will leave.
Something that began like a breath of fresh air - especially after Huuuge Casino went totally dark - is now just another game that is losing its respect for its players. Of course you’re in it to make money; but no one wants to be made to feel like a non human commodity. Shame on you!! Maybe you will take this review to heart before there is a mass exodus?

I have played this on and off I went last week to go on the game my acct is not working now for one week have written lots of times no response now I am getting ready to delete it for good

Paid for 5 billion coins only got 2 billion.. not getting any response from tec support.... ether no ones home or they just don’t give a rip... I’ve been trying for over 9 hours... best to walk away from this one......UPDATE ... after 3 days tech support made it right and gave me my coins plus 50% extra for the inconvenience

The 5 star rating is completely false!! I did this jus to see if my reveiw showed up becuz I have submitted several but fail to see any on app store page!!! Now the truth.. I have played the big name/most downloaded slot apps and get the shaft every time. Here i have losing streaks but also have winning streaks. In my opinion as a irl jp winner who knows slots this one has gameplay more like a casino than the others. The guild format is very well done i must add. Great game
