The most horrible customer service ever! Very rude and condescending with something that is TOTALLY their fault! Blames everything on the player, though it’s the app that’s messing up. Mine is still not working right. They’re still trying to blame me! They bugged me to rate and comment on Facebook and then blocked me and my comments when I did!!! They are rude and condescending and steal back prizes under the ruse of a bad app. The app still isn’t working correctly but they will not help anymore. “We already did this last week”. Yeah, duh, but you never FIXED anything!!!!!!!!! In response to your response… check the emails I received. Definitely blaming the player. And it’s been over a year since you stole my 6B coins. I’ll try your game again because you gave me some free coins. If your game hasn’t changed I’ll delete it again! I’m aware that it’s not really a true game in the definition of the word game! It’s a program designed to make money for the developers! I use the app when I’m not busy, but watching all the coins get sucked in by your “games” and then getting all the great deals to buy coins! A person should not have to spend money to play a “free game”! I wouldn’t mind so much if the coins were reasonably priced but why should I pay so much on something I’ll lose. It’s not like I could win real money! So as stated, I’ll try your site again! Just don’t expect me to stick around if nothing has changed! BTW; when I reinstalled the program it started me at level 2, I was a lot higher in levels when I left!
