How to fix Refind app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Refind app on iPhone
Update Refind app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Refind iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Refind on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Refind network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Refind Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Refind not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Refind App
1. On android, goto Settings » Refind » click [Force Stop]

Update Refind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Refind App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Refind » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Refind.

Fix Refind unable to contact server/ Refind internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Refind » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Refind » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Refind
