After trying many ways, I still can not log on with my Australian number since CirclesLifeSingapore only knows 065 prefix! So no access to my sim and plan data. That is frustrating

The existing app works fine with my iPhone 5s. But the annoying update message appears to force me to update CirclesLifeSingapore , but my phone doesn’t support the latest iOS app. Stop forcing your users to update CirclesLifeSingapore unless you are willing to give them a free new iPhone!

So difficult to change phone plan. Overcharging me and won’t let me change even when J speak to customer service rep

Honestly if my phone wasn’t eSIM only or if there were other eSIM only options in Singapore, I’m not sure I’d use Circles.

It’s okay. When it’s working, it’s fine. But I encounter some trouble spots: AMK3 (where I work), Bugis/Lavender on MRT, to name a couple.

Rarely saw 5G connection when I was paying for it.

Are all telecom the same in this regard? Maybe 🤷🏿‍♂️. Had my fair share of trouble with Singtel too when I used physical SIM, so maybe it’s just normal.

Great functionality but laggy and slow when you need it, like when you are out in the wild and need to change your plan to switch on roaming overseas or switch on unlimited data. If they could take care of that it would be an easy 5 stars though.

It works like it should. Only wish is that it would allow the management of multiple lines. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very user-friendly and the live chat option is a great touch. No need to process through endless phone calls and etc., simply a tap of a button and you can get more data and support you need. Would highly recommend people to switch to Circles

Very convenient to manage data and minutes at the click of a button . Plus the movie discovery features are awesome

This service provider cuts the long waits from telco call centres. I like the fact that I may add the roaming option, adjust the talk time and Sms anytime anywhere. It's what cosmopolitan people like us should enjoy 24hrs a day. The referral data program is fantastic. Thank you
