Please stay away from Small World money transfer if you need money sent within minutes ! They’re absolutely trash , worse customer service and very slow on transaction. I wish I could have given 0 stars and unfortunately I cannot, it was my first time using and hate it so much. I made a transfer and it says pending, I called customer service and she had kids playing and lots of noise in the background , she hung up and the next lady promised to email me within a minute about my transfer, after waiting several hours it still says pending and I had to call to cancel the transaction. What a total waste of time, also I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and got hung up again!!!! Money never arrives in minutes, it’s a SCAM !!!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever !!!!

Try to avoid small world money transfer if you really need urgent transection. It takes too much time. They said it will take 2-3 business days. But even after 5 days still status is showing under review. Customer service response is also very poor. Good bye SmallWorld.
Btw if anybody wants/loves to take extra headache after sending money to back home than you guys can use SmallWorld.

I registered for An account and was logged out when I tried to log back in and did not recognize my password I attempted to reset it several times but have never been able to log back into my account. I called customer service and was on hold twice for a half an hour and then the call dropped. Useless customer service and app. Don’t waste your time because apparently to them it is not valuable to them.

Custumer service is horrible. SmallWorldMoneyTransfer doesn’t allow you to add the recipient’s middle name, but the bank they’re working with abroad want to see every single name before paying. And if you try to call them, there is no one available to address your problem. Meaning there can not be any emergency here! You will be great with a good customer service. Thank you

I signed up. They delayed the transaction saying that they needed my ID. I uploaded my ID. They called and asked me a lot of questions pertaining to who I was sending money too. I had to email them back approving my answers. I get an email cancelling and deleting my account and transaction. They could not share the reason why. Thank God my transfer to my husband is not an emergency. The worst transfer money app ever! Never again!

They have the worst customer service and currency rates. They put you through a compliance verification process when you have already completed. They take your money and then later send you an email saying your transfer is on hold. I was only sending $50 bucks not $50 grand. Just an inconvenience company. That’s why I use their competitors.

Hello SmallWorldMoneyTransfer is not a good app don’t waste your time using it or recommending it to others cuz a friend sent me money using SmallWorldMoneyTransfer from Italy, he sent it to my bank account, they said it will take 3 business days before the money will reflect in my account but it is 7 business days now and I’m not seeing anything in my account, it’s a bad app , you have to avoid it

They are bunch of criminals the took money from my account and got me blocked I tried calling and they kept me on hold after which they hung up the call... after waiting for 1 hours .... don’t use this I repeat if you don’t want to loose your money ... rather use WesternUnion they are trustworthy people... small world is scam big time scam

Sometimes they just take the money from your account and then the status remains “in progress” for 5 days. Contacting the customer care is pointless because they will tell you to call back and then you have to start all over again.

I was very skeptical about SmallWorldMoneyTransfer after reading the most recent reviews. However, the USD to BDT rate was very high here so I took the risk. Took 3 days for the money to reach the destination bank which I made my peace with considering I got more money because of their unbeatable conversion rate.
Sadly, I got a suspicious activity alert from my bank after a week. I don’t recall using my debit card anywhere else lately. While I can’t tell with certainty why my debit card was hacked a week later but I can’t recommend SmallWorldMoneyTransfer to my friends either. I had no choice but to get a new debit card.

Other impressions:
App quality: 1/5 (very buggy)
Transfer time: 3/5 (not the fastest, but ok)
Conversation rate: 5/5 (the highest in my experience)
Security: 0/5 (at least in my experience)
Transaction fee: 1/5 (most apps offering free transfers)

The process of transaction is slow. Has to contact customer service even after I sent requested documents. Then I got another message stating to use a debit card and I used the same debit card that I had used prior. It also said debit card must be on my name and it is and to avoid using credit card and to use Dr it card which I did not use credit card

“We are unable to create your transaction…… make sure you are transacting from a licensed state and are not using a vpn” appears to be new norm.
Small world has the best rate but their transfer services is not reliable. Over 3months only 4 transfers went in successfully.
Subsequent attempts has been unsuccessful. Customer services are friendly but offered little to no help.
It’s falling low in the ranks of apps in the list…

This version Works all the way to payer selection but, at that point, it keeps swirling rather than displaying the list or map of available agents and then crashes on iPhone14plus

The website is unacceptable slow. It took about 20+ something minutes to do one transaction just because the site is extremely slow. Also, the site isn’t very user friendly. It needs some tweaking and obviously a lot of bandwidths. But i like the fact that i’m able to send money from the comfort of my couch. Please make some improvements.

I have had good luck with SmallWorldMoneyTransfer for a long time, verifications and such sending money to Venezuela but now it keeps getting stuck

Absolute best rates online to transfer money overseas. I just sent money overseas and there is nothing that pays in dollars in Guinea where you don't get cheated on exchange rates with these low fees.

The only thing I would suggest is to improve the speed of the transaction. Currently still takes me a couple of days after the transaction has cleared my bank before it posts.

Customer service are pleasant to talk with and can answer all question and assist with any difficulties.
