They have the worst customer service and currency rates. They put you through a compliance verification process when you have already completed. They take your money and then later send you an email saying your transfer is on hold. I was only sending $50 bucks not $50 grand. Just an inconvenience company. That’s why I use their competitors.

Hello this App is not a good app don’t waste your time using it or recommending it to others cuz a friend sent me money using this app from Italy, he sent it to my bank account, they said it will take 3 business days before the money will reflect in my account but it is 7 business days now and I’m not seeing anything in my account, it’s a bad app , you have to avoid it

Please stay away from Small World money transfer if you need money sent within minutes ! They’re absolutely trash , worse customer service and very slow on transaction. I wish I could have given 0 stars and unfortunately I cannot, it was my first time using and hate it so much. I made a transfer and it says pending, I called customer service and she had kids playing and lots of noise in the background , she hung up and the next lady promised to email me within a minute about my transfer, after waiting several hours it still says pending and I had to call to cancel the transaction. What a total waste of time, also I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and got hung up again!!!! Money never arrives in minutes, it’s a SCAM !!!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever !!!!
