People willing to use motilal oswal just switch to zerodha faced many problems

RIISE . is crashed always , you will waste much of your time and money if you are a daily trader.

What a pathetic platform for trading
Both investors and traders apps are hanging every 2 mins , not wasting my time and money
Moving to other platforms

They will hound you like a wolf to open an account and then give you rubbish investment advice.
Closing and account with them is almost impossible. I visited their office in Delhi and cut them a cheque to have my account closed. But guess what? A few months later I get a message saying that Motilal Oswal has debuted my account by INR 280 or some such amount.

Nice work MO.

Customer support is pathetic
Grievance cell is dead
No one respond to queries, open from last 1 month
Customer agent don’t pick the call
Assigned agent don’t have product knowledge and MO keep changing without informing to clients
MO applications / system are not up to the mark, Monthly SIPs don’t work despite of scheduling

I am observing since last few trading specially delivery transaction , where I set limit price buying but final transaction always show high buying price. Why ?
I can not trust this broker company. I will soon switch to some trusted broker firm and make sure no one else in my group use MO broker .

RIISE crashes abruptly and doesn’t seem to have a friendly UI either. Crashes often on login and while viewing the portfolio.

RIISE is pathetic! It keeps on crashing. The prices dont load on time and when you search a script it crashes. The new update made it worse. Your company is patheticz you guys seriously need to fix RIISE before anything else!!!

Web app have scroll down issue on web when I try to see transaction
Also web app timeouts in 5 minutes

One of the worst app in finance. Downloaded due to big name of company, but all anticipation went in vain. Problem like-
1. Error while searching companies by name
2. Cant create watchlist
3. Clicking on notification throw error

Not able to login in RIISE using biometric or OTP. Worst experience please update it asap.

Bugs in the application i cant login since 30 minutes

unlike other apps motilal oswal has one of the most user friendly interface .the most impressive part is its dashboard which allows a very accurate view of portfolio very to navigate.would recommend others to prefer mo
