Hidden Subscription; Free Trial Only

I was excited to find an app I could readily use on my phone for sideline concussion screening instead of bothering with pen and paper, especially when it’s raining, etc. I found HEADCHECK and was willing to give it a try regardless of the low rating and reviews. I was extremely disappointed to see once I had registered, a notification stating once I verify through my email, it was only a 30 day free trial then I would need to make a purchase for further use. Not even worth my time to verify. Unsubscribed and deleted.

Not parent friendly

I must have missed the information that stated HEADCHECK is only for coaches. I thought HEADCHECK would help me quickly see if my daughter might have concussion symptoms, but it’s only sports related, it’s really not useful for lots of people who might still need a head check.

Can’t even log in

I cannot log in to HEADCHECK at all. I can log in to the website interface but keep getting a “network error” message when trying to use HEADCHECK . No earthly idea how to get past this.

Let me login.

I’ve reset my password literally eleven times. I’ve made sure it’s correct, but it keeps saying that the username or password is incorrect. Terrible.
