Waste of time

Honestly awful app. Seller has zero control over their items and when one of my items sold way below comps I still got hit with a 35% fee. I’ll say that again… A 35% FEE. Additionally the platform isn’t laid out very well and can be confusing at times. Just create your own eBay account you’ll be much better off.
App crashing

The app is crashing every time I press the camera icon to search. I have tried updating, deleting and reinstalling the app, logging in and out, and even creating a new account. Nothing works. App is now useless to me.
Horrible do not download

I would definitely think twice about downloading this app. Customer service is horrible their database software, which they claim to be state of the art and the leader in the industry, is totally false and misleading. If I could give this app zero stars I totally would. Customer service says that you should not use Alt for buying or determining value on any cards. I had a card that alt told me was worth way more which I overpaid for because I use them because I did believe they were a very reputable source. Turns out customer service said they inputted the information wrong and they missed quoted my cards value. They blame the mistake on a software data error. And they do not want to take responsibility. Frauds cowards use another app.
