Both charges were made on the same day for the same amount $24.00. I did purchase two tickets on 08/26 to attend a Donoho H.S. versus Pleasant Valley H.S. game in Jacksonville, AL. The two tickets were for $24.00 and my on-line purchase was accepted at the gate. I DID NOT purchase two tickets twice. I should receive a credit to my account from your company for $24.00. I am disputing the second charge with both you and the credit card company.

We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!

After the last update, Only half the events listed for my school have shown up in my app. To get the tickets, I have to find someone who can see the event listed on their app and have them send me the link. This was never an issue before, but now it’s a huge inconvenience, especially with limit ticket sales.
***I have updated. Refreshed. Tried the website. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Everything. I’ve called the schools directly to make sure they are available on the app when I don’t see them. There’s currently a game available now with tickets that I can’t see through this app, but someone sent me the purchase link to from their phone.

I got the app and paid with Apple Pay for some tickets. Not once did it ask for a login or email. Paid and waited for something to happen or prompt for an email. Nothing. Checked the apple wallet. Nothing. Checked my bank. Charged for the tickets. Go back to the app and it wants me to buys tickets again. All the reviews that say great customer service must be old because I can not find any contact info to get customer service. I tried Facebook and the automated message is says they are away. Looked for refund options and how convenient, no refunds allowed. What a terribly designed app and non existent customer service. Absolutely avoid this if possible.
