Something is off with this app. The app takes you to its website when you click on the icon, and asks you to set up an account, but the first response back is a “password invalid” type message, but it never even confirmed my new password or new account or sent me an email to confirm anything. Then when I googled the app, the page that comes up is the same sign up page the phone desktop icon takes you to. The whole experience was too shaky for me to buy into their onerous terms and conditions. Deleted.
Embarrassing app.

Used to be a great app. Whenever clicking on an incident, they show you a 30 second ad. After watching the dopey ad for some dumb game, you can see the details of the incident but can’t see the pictures without a subscription.
Unable to reset password

I receive the password link, but when I click on it, the app opens up for a brief moment either the reset screen and then instantly flashes back to the sign in page. The result is I am unable to use the app. iPhone 7 iOS 11.1.
