24 hours after putting DigicelCallInternational on my phone and adding money, I am still unable to make an international call. When I dial the number I get a fast busy signal which means that the call is not going through. Customer service they gave me an 800 number to access the service outside without DigicelCallInternational . The access # works fine BUT the problem is the rate on their 800 number is twice the rate of DigicelCallInternational , so instead of paying $.10 per minute on DigicelCallInternational , I have to pay $.20 per minute. I was told by Customerservice that I should uninstall and reinstall DigicelCallInternational , but that still did not fix the problem with the fast busy signals with all the numbers I call. I don’t see why I have to pay twice the amount when DigicelCallInternational should at half the price. Why should I literally pay more due to for dysfunctional app?

I don’t personally use DigicelCallInternational but I downloaded it on my moms iPhone in an attempt to find an alternative to her using the house phone to call her family back in Guyana. She tends to talk to my grandmother everyday or every other day and the bill used to add up. DigicelCallInternational has saved her so much money!!! $20 recharges last her about 6-8weeks. She used to spends $100 minimum per month. She hasn’t complained of any issues so we are very happy with DigicelCallInternational .

I try to purchase mins to make an international call twice they said the card declined, the next day the money was taking from my acc, I call them they as no transaction history. And advice to call my bank, the bank told me the date and time the money was taking, when I call back the guy start been rude and sarcastic listing out all the calls i made, so I ask for a supervisor, it was was the worst mistake I made, the agent start till me I should call in the morning and the supervisor gonna tell me the same thing, so I ask who was above him, that’s when he start getting rude and hang up

This was a great way to call overseas for little or nothing, we were not aware of this service until we were told that whats App is a third party operator and AT&T is being charged. Price are consistent and efficient compared to other carriers. My first rodeo so I’ll monitor this and see where it will go or streamline from here

I don’t care what nobody wants to say but I love love DigicelCallInternational. It was so expensive to call friends and family in the Caribbean until a friend told me about DigicelCallInternational. It has brought family and friends together and that’s the aim of the Digicel group. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I signed up with Digicel so I can make international calls from the USA to other countries
For the longest while I'm getting a recording that they are upgrading their system so as to provide better service
Currently there's no service for several weeks, if Digicel cannot offer the service then remove it from their list of services offered
In addition it's a prepayment service, so they should refund the deposits paid to the consumers.

DigicelCallInternational is great it allows me to keep in contact with my friends and family back home. The rates are great per min and it’s generally affordable. I would definitely recommend DigicelCallInternational.

I’ve been using DigicelCallInternational for about eight months now and it pretty much does what it says! I called the UK on a regular basis and the call quality is always excellent! I would recommend DigicelCallInternational in a second!

So I already have a digicel phone to put credit on ! Plus you want people to put more Credit on DigicelCallInternational that don’t work so you take my money and my phone company charge me for international calls at the same time. Try it and see for yourself put your phone on airplane mode turn on WiFi use DigicelCallInternational to make a call and nothing works lol u just wanna con people. (Jamaican travelers when u come to the USA get a Tourist plan from T-Mobile.

I downloaded this b/s app to make international calls! It stopped working, so I had to uninstall and reload, when I reloaded I could not continue from the intro page as there was no submit button. Call customer care they had me uninstall like 10 times! No joke! And it is still not working. Do you all know how to fix it? Do better Digicel.

Hurry and get the text function to work.. It is needed when the person is unable to answer...

The overall concept of DigicelCallInternational and service works great. It’s easy to set up and to add funds to the account. My phone calls to Jamaica are great. The calls to Brazil are not very good as far as quality. The quality of the calls have to improve for me because I call Brazil far more than I call Jamaica.

I've using it to make calls to Brazil and it's the best one to do it. Calls is like $ 0.03 by minute!! Amazing!

I try to dial the same number to international and it says the number I dial is incorrect like wth.... I always dial the same number. How is this going to fix cause this is BS. And it also take my money and I have not used it for any other number beside the same number

I can’t use my rewards.... I also send credit twice and the receiver didn’t receive the credit but the money was taken from my account. And there is no number on Digicel website to call customer service international....

For the first time I try it it seem like reasonable price for haiti

I create my account trying to call a Jamaican number it’s trying to call a different number. I check the call history it said call fail. I’m guessing I can’t use the $2 they provided.? I ain’t adding no money to it I want to use my free$2 first to make sure u legit. Just BS

The conversation wasn't clear calling Jamaica.i save some minutes to do another test to see if this is an app that is good to use.
There is no way all these nick names up put it are taken or is this a way not to get negative reviews

When making an international call if the phone ring 3 or 4 times and no one answers and you hang up you still get charge!! Why is that when the call was not connected or the voicemail didn’t pickup?!? Rip off!!
