24 hours after putting this app on my phone and adding money, I am still unable to make an international call. When I dial the number I get a fast busy signal which means that the call is not going through. Customer service they gave me an 800 number to access the service outside without the app. The access # works fine BUT the problem is the rate on their 800 number is twice the rate of the app, so instead of paying $.10 per minute on the app, I have to pay $.20 per minute. I was told by Customerservice that I should uninstall and reinstall the app, but that still did not fix the problem with the fast busy signals with all the numbers I call. I donβt see why I have to pay twice the amount when the app should at half the price. Why should I literally pay more due to for dysfunctional app?

I try to purchase mins to make an international call twice they said the card declined, the next day the money was taking from my acc, I call them they as no transaction history. And advice to call my bank, the bank told me the date and time the money was taking, when I call back the guy start been rude and sarcastic listing out all the calls i made, so I ask for a supervisor, it was was the worst mistake I made, the agent start till me I should call in the morning and the supervisor gonna tell me the same thing, so I ask who was above him, thatβs when he start getting rude and hang up

I signed up with Digicel so I can make international calls from the USA to other countries
For the longest while I'm getting a recording that they are upgrading their system so as to provide better service
Currently there's no service for several weeks, if Digicel cannot offer the service then remove it from their list of services offered
In addition it's a prepayment service, so they should refund the deposits paid to the consumers.
