Hello Good Day, I am writing this email to inquire why I cannot connect my Viu account on my SmartTv. The television is already connected to a stable internet connection yet the PIN on my TV only displays 3 digits out of 6 numbers. The QR code also displays the same error as the PIN. I already tried to delete and re download the app on my tv and it still shows the same error. Its been days since I cannot connect my account to my tv. I have a premium subscription.
Certain episodes not loading, error message: something went wrong appears
I have a problem my Viu is showing Relaunch or exit.
Viu does not complete my downloads
