Hello Good Day, I am writing this email to inquire why I cannot connect my Viu account on my SmartTv. The television is already connected to a stable internet connection yet the PIN on my TV only displays 3 digits out of 6 numbers. The QR code also displays the same error as the PIN. I already tried to delete and re download the app on my tv and it still shows the same error. Its been days since I cannot connect my account to my tv. I have a premium subscription.

How to fix Viu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Viu app on iPhone
Update Viu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Viu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Viu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Viu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Viu Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Viu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Viu App
1. On android, goto Settings » Viu » click [Force Stop]

Update Viu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Viu App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Viu » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Viu.

Fix Viu unable to contact server/ Viu internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Viu » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Viu » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
