I have tried everything, using the latest version 4.3 , unplugged and waited, reboot, reset , use hard cable , use wireless, move cameras, had a friend take one home and try it at his house and STILL don’t work .. I give up! I will never recommend this camera or buy any of this problem

The camera system worked just fine until 2 days ago cut all the camera off of Sricam and isn’t allowing to sign back on. When trying to set back up the screen freezes. I hope this will be fixed soon!

Cameras worked great for 2 years. Updated 2 weeks ago and they all stopped working. The next update made them work on data only no WiFi (which was fine at least I could still use them). Then they got that fixed, but they would tune out several times before opening. Now another update and they only work on WiFi in my home. Which does me no good. I don’t need to use them while I’m home. Fix them please. It’s ridiculous to keep having so many updates.

We have a couple of cameras and they will crash or say they’re offline even though the light shows they’re online. Our internet works just fine. This problem happens with hardwire and WiFi connections.
Sricam is rather difficult to navigate, there’s no explanation or definitions of what does what or how to change XYZ.
This is the true definition of, you get what you pay for!
Will not purchase anymore of these products and will keep them as a back up only!

Since late last years update the cameras reset their settings every 24 hours and stops alarm recording. Emailed them and they said a fix would be available soon... its been 8 months.

PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

When I bought the cameras I can open the same camera in more than one device, but now I can’t, now when I open in one device and the open in another device the first one close so I can’t keep watching on the first one.

5 stars when it’s working correctly but u get one just for Sricam bc I cannot access any of my three cameras happens after every update: saying off-line red dot timeout error & just stopped working completely I have unplugged it I have reset it with the button in the back I have unplugged my Wi-Fi and plugged it back in it I’ve disconnected every connection available & nothing they were perfect b4 this update now I can’t even use any of the three good thing I have a different kind for the important areas it is imperative For safety reasons that I can access my cameras please hurry

We bought this camera and it worked great for a couple months then stopped keeps saying offline we’ve reset it and checked all settings everything is correct this is very unfortunate and upsetting!!! A waste of money and time! We bought another camera and it’s working fine had it over a year now. WARNINGS TO OTHERS DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA... and Sricam isn’t any good either...Beware!!!

Camera work great never had much trouble. 4 days ago my wife called me saying the camera was lit up and wanted to know if I was watching her. I said no so I bought up the camera it said 2 viewers. Now Sricam was only on 3 devices she was looking at 2 and I had the other. So who’s was #4. Un plugged afraid to use How did it get hacked?

Worked great for a few months. I must have missed the expiration date when I bought it. It had a short life span. It doesn’t even make a good paper weight. Completely worthless. Spend a few extra $$$ and get something other than this waste of resources that was used to produce it.

I have had this for one year and still cannot get it to record and playback on iPhone. It won’t even connect on pc. Can’t edit settings. Has a noise, like a motor running. Notifications are impossible to setup. Need computer degree which I don’t have. Is in same room as router and 6 feet from router and is constantly off line.

You updated Sricam 2 days ago and now when i open Sricam , its nig working, it doesnt show my 2 cameras on device list and app keeps crashing. I tried to reset the camera but hnable to cinfigure it anymore on ios. I am able to configure it on my desktop. Please revert back to veraion 4.5

It has been working fine for 2 years and received an update today and app doesn’t see any of the cameras. Everything is gone. Looks like it was first installed. I just noticed if I logout and then back in itsees my name and login but only keeps trying to load. i would give this ap 5 stars till today. Is there a fix being done today?

Just updated app and firmware and now my camera says it’s connected but Sricam display nothing

Hello! Can you add a video editing ability? Need to speed thru long video. If possible, video download to phone option for sharing with law enforcement and others when an event happens? Thanks

After the Apple update it is way too slow and keeps dropping. Trying to find an old video of someone breaking in and Sricam closes before I can find the video. Please update your app!

After the update everything just turned upside down it used to record on my 32gb on standard definition for 6-7 days, now even on 64gb memory card it records for 3days on all my this app cameras this is a very bad update really.

After the last update my camera went offline, why can’t I get it back. Getting aggravated. Why have a camera when you can’t use it!!!!

It does the job. Sricam is a little like the first website created on the internet. My only complaint is that the mute button can’t be permanently on. When I open the cameras at work it suddenly blares whatever noise even when my phone is silent. It’s a little more than annoying.

I just installed 3.9 and camera continues to work for remote monitoring of my home while I'm on vacation.
I love Sricam. It just continues to allow me to see and hear what is going on when I’m away.

I’ve changed my email password and Sricam just keeps coming back with a message that it’s incorrect. Can you fix this please?
