I have been playing this game for years. Recently one of my two accounts' password was rejected, after signing in for years. I tried using a recovery email, and was informed that it was incorrect, although my main account with the same email is bound to this one. Now the fun part, trying to get customer support. They did reply, but with directions that had my head scratching. Just let me reset my password, on the bound email, simple? No. They had other ideas. Their use of English is an English I don't understand. So enough already. This is a simple password reset, yet I was instructed to open a new account in the same zone, good luck with that, and rename the account, etc, etc. Forget it, I give up. Just not worth the aggrevation.

Hello War Z team I appreciate you guys getting back to me but I still don’t accept your decision because I haven’t violated any rules of yours. I don’t even own a computer to use a third party, I play war z to entertain myself from real life and you guys are ruining that by banning my account without telling me how I violated your rules by using a third party. What’s the third party I used and how did it affect my base. My base is around 28million in power trust me if a third party was used it would be higher in power but it’s not. I see bases with over 100million in power, why don’t you guys look into those bases. Why mine, I spent money on it so I can’t and won’t let this go. I know you guys can give it back so please do so I need my account back to distract myself from life. You guys don’t want to loose a good customer that uses 3 bases. That’s letting go 3 different customers because I spent money on all 3. My alliance is not happy about this, that’s 120 unhappy players. Please Help me and I’m going to change my rating because this is an awesome game don’t get me wrong but banning a good player that’s unacceptable.

I’ve been playing this game for years. Recently my alliance decided we were tired of the state we were in so we wanted to move to another state which costs money. We had to gather 30 others and buy items to do this and submit applications to other states which had to be accepted by the top 3 alliances. So the process took a while. After months of searching we found a few state but one that accepted our application. So we paid all this money, did a lot of researching, with a lot of rejected applications to finally move. We moved fro state 639 to 670.

Less than a month later we got a letter that state 670 was going to be FORCED to merge with state 627. Now we are in a state we dislike once again we wrote and complained to the developers, I received one reply. So I feel we spent our hard earned money to move to a state we liked for nothing. My opinion, DONT PLAY THIS GAME!

Also there are a lot of glitches. I used to like this game. Hopefully customer service will take this more seriously.

Actually this game becomes boring because bad service and there’s big difference about prices between countries and there’s big difference between players in person lvl I have great account in this game and I max many things I compare between my base and my friends base I have fuses and medals so much better than him but unfortunately his status more than me I don’t know why I asked the bad customer service every make lie so that unjust at all if my friend leave in USA thier status because better than others countries so it’s unjust at all I am one of the best players and spender but there’s no logic in this game and they give Car and Shooters so much Damage against Zombie so why you give all that much and many many mistakes I don’t advise anyone to download it at all it’s robbing money then someone get like you because he is in different country believe me guys I understand every single details in this game better than technical developers they are playing around to get your money by anyway

This game is fun and addictive. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is every time you attack anyone worth attacking it is posted for all players to see. The problem with that is every attack you lose millions of resources from wounded/dead troops and are able to recover some from taking all resources from the target. But now every player in the game is notified, the strongest come in and attack you or steal your target which makes the attack not even close to worth it. It was not always so and when this was not implemented the game was 5 stars, seems like they are catering to the 2% of the game. The rest of the game is good although the rewards you earn could be much better, definitely pay to win and a lot more than other phone games.

Take away the notification for all players to see every attack and I’ll go 5 stars, attacks are worthless without looting the entire contents of a base. It should only be up to thier alliance to see the attack and defend them as it was before.

This game is like most survival games you would find on your phone or for free online. You build your city, build troops, and attack players and generic opponents in order to gain more supplies to continuously expand your empire. This game does take the time to make it more worth your while to be involved and connected with other players, most importantly your alliance. The different generals that you can recruit having special abilities is interesting, and for the most part I do enjoy this game. My biggest complaint however is the continuous push to purchase in game supplies. They do a good job on making it tempting, and there is always a relatively good deal, but if you're looking for a game that you can play for free with no worries, this game will continuously annoy you on that aspect, as he will never escape the push to buy.

Overall the game is good but it requires spending money on upgrades. Even the highest bases level 30 can be decimated by stronger level 30 bases. Speed ups are still a problem in certain cases. One thing that I hate is that if you buy certain items and forgot to use them, when they are used at a later time sometimes they don’t work. Even worse when you ask the customer support about it, they said that you have to take a screenshot. How can you take a screen shot if you already tried to use that item ? I have experienced this several times with this game. So if you buy something, take a picture of it because they will not reimburse you for it if you don’t have a screenshot.

This was a five star game now these updates are really leaving behind kinks we don’t want. The biggest being the new state buildings have greatly decreased the capacity of wounded troops allowed for many accounts. Also this change to the giant weaponry has dismissed the use of battle master when trapping fishing reinforcing etc many put it differently. My pet peeve would be that every time I return from the desert oasis I have to complain to the developers about my attributes (mostly my damage) missing from my report. The first time it happened I had no pictures of proof so nothing was returned. Now I have to screenshot my attributes every kill event in csb and again when I return from the desert just to keep all my hard work in tact. It’s getting terrible!!!

I love this game! Even though there are a lot of in game purchases they seem fair. An the rewards you can get make it viable to actually not spend a cent. AllI bought was the newbie pack for .99 cent. But you get over a 1k of gems your day from completing tasks.

That is I took a star off was due to there being a lot of purchases to choose from. The gameplay and graphics are really nice though. Now on the world map you don’t actually get to see your troops fight. At least not in a detailed way. So do not expect clash of clans combat.

This game seems to have some pretty in depth gameplay though. What in lacks in graphical battles it makes up for in intuitive and planned out gameplay. This game will reward the strategical mind every time over the let’s buy everything player and see where it goes.

Hello, I have been on here since 2018, October 15th. So I grinded a lot on this game and I lost all my progress. I didn’t think much about it as it has only been a week that I lost but then it happened again. This time i grinded for 3 months and I was really frustrated that all my work was just gonna end again. Then it happened the third time. This when I was grinding for 1 year and then I just straight up quit after that. I tried to do it again but it keeps loosing my progress. This game is good in all, but it’s such a time waster.

I think this game is really fun to play. The only flaw I can find is that this game really has a pay to win factor. This game is really fun however as soon as people start buying things it is really hard to keep up. I do wish that certain items in the game were a bit easier to get. There are items that can only occasionally be traded for and this makes the item really rare. Of course you can spend $100 and get a bunch of they item though. This is really great but unless you are nearly perfect at shielding at the right times and keeping safe you really won’t get far without paying.

Well a money pit , game developers are the worst, they never answer emails or take any accountability for they errors and big mistakes, every time is an update the game laggs during cross state battle, Desert etc if u write a complaint they will never reimburse you for any loses even though is their fault, if it cost all you resources,rewards,points,etc and yes, they don’t care and on top of that they use the game to spreed hate and racism,also they favor the Asia market with lower price packages that’s why some of the most powerful players are from those countries. Yes games was ok , not any more just play something new and save you money. Worst Customer service and System support.

I started playing NOv 10, 2017. There is a lot to this game. Much to learn and if you start, you should be in an alliance that answers questions for you and have a commander like me that helps with everything . From building Suits for your commanders, to applying the right skills, making troops, transforming troops, doing technology to increase power and leveling up slow and steady in my opinion. Ultimate goal to have a level 30 city that is full of great tech, missiles, troops and more.
It’s very hard NOT to spend money. If you are a serious gamer and don’t mind doing that , this game is for you. If you just want a game to pop on and off and not really advance forward , it’s not. Go play something else. We all take this pretty seriously. I’m in state 408. We are in Peace. I disagree with a few people on here when they said they are teamed with states that are much stronger. Not true, we win all the time and we are paired with states much older than us. They have added Oasis which is another way for us to keep spending money. Another positive about the game, meeting people from all over the world. It’s really nice . Hope this helps. If you can teleport to state 408 before you come level 6, come join HLK alliance! I will love to help you all.

If you don’t like to spend money💰 on a game this ones not for you. There are so many different things to purchase to enhance gameplay. It’s not necessarily pay to win but it certainly helps and makes it more fun. You spend a little to get a lot. You don’t need to just keep spending to upgrade or get ahead like other war games. Join a good alliance and make friends to help you along the way. I’ve been playing for 2 years and I’m asking questions constantly. Lots of updates and plenty of events to keep you busy. If you like war games this ones the way to go. I’ve played plenty of different war game apps. All the big named ones and this is my preference. It’s definitely the most fun war game app I’ve found yet. 👍🏻

Gameplay: Good but Developers are corrupt and uncaring of player concerns. They will lie to cover their errors. Events: Good on the occasion that the developers actually pay out the rewards they promise and not claim an error when to many people take advantage of their advertised deals. Fairness of event matchups: great for power money players, horrible for everyone not spending thousands of dollars. Interactivity with alliance members: Very Good! The only real good part of the game! Affordability: Good if you are not planning on being a top player... Devs rig the game to require huge dollars to be on top. Never ever ever trust what they say in game event reward posts. They will straight up play dumb when you have a problem or issue and just keep sending you canned auto responses that address nothing of value. Better yet just don’t start this game or you will find yourself telling lies that the game is 5 star just to get a few diamonds.

Never spend money on last empire war z. The game is over 8 years old and you will never win. If you spend money it will be a waste as everyone will already be 8 years stronger then you! So it’s useless. Also, if you spend all month building troops , anyone can come burn all your troops in 5 seconds or if you have no shield. So they only have 8,24,and 3 day shields. Forgot your shield and your game is destroyed. Remember this game is designed for you to spend money or loose. Don’t even download it. I’m in state #125 base level 37 and over 300 million power /100 million technology and it’s still useless to try to win. Remember it’s old game and everyone already built for 8 yrs. pick a newer game. This one is garbage.

This game is extremely well Laid out and is a lot of fun. You get to meet people from all around the world that I'm this game just so happen to have the same goals. Join an alliance like mine. SHP scarlet hammer poppy alliance. We are huge family and allayed have had each other's back and are more tha. Willing to let you join and we help build up up. This game is amazing In The way of making actual friends that you never would have thought about before. Like using the pin pal buddy system in grade school and writing back and fourth to kids I. Africa or where ever they are at. As for the game it's endless possibilities of what you ca do. You build your base big enough and strong enough and high power with a massive army and a strong alliance and before you know it we could be running out state and become president of state 157. SHP RECRUITING NEW ACTIVE PLAYERS THAT ARE ACTIVE AMD LOUAL AND SPEAK ENGLISH WITH OUT TRANSLATION.

Meet people from around the world, be able to translate messages from people that speak different languages using a translation option in chat. Ability to learn a new language, make friends from other countries, fight side by side, earn point by playing so it’s not a full pay to play game. So far out of every game I’ve played on iOS this is by far the best! I have deleted all other war style games. Still play some sport games but for any war/strategy type game this one sets the bar high and no other game IMO can come close. By far.....best and most fun game to play and I have made friends from all over the world breaking stereotypes and discovering that in reality beyond the news....gamers are the same and borders are meaningless. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would as 5 stars although I’d the highest you can rank a game....this one breaks the 5 star rule and needs about 95 more!

I love his game been playing for over A year now so many things to learn still!! It is very time consuming and fun I enjoy it very much. There are constant updates so the game never gets old however I wanted to address the subject about the latest update with the desert. I don’t know if the developers will actually read this but the new update where there are danger zones is so ridiculous a lot of players count on that gather time and now your taking all the high plots and making them able to be attacked!? Many of us preferred it when after the peace time was over then you could attack but not until then we all need this time and I suggest you fix this before you get more complaints. And another thing for anyone who is wishing to play it is fun like I said but you will end up spending money to upgrade you will need to if you want to grow but I highly recommend this game..

But i suggest while attacking the other rival base., attacker should be unable to port location or shield, give some times for the attacker stay unshield for allowing attacked base to do a revenge. It is not fair that attacked bases unable to do revenge after being attack because the attacker shield or port away to unknown location. It is similar to cheating. I am started feeling bored to play because of this tactics, it is very hard to get a points during desert and CSB kill event when every one is under a shield and play cheat tactics attacked and port away run like a looser coward!! So BORING.......please do something about it thank you
